Hotel leaves an impact
Trekken66on 23/05/2017 17:58We picked this hotel for our family visit to the Cumberland Gap National Historical Park because of its high customer ratings and its Choice Gold Hospitality Award. It definitely met our expectations. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast server was very attentive and even made sure cheese danishes were specially put out for our second morning. The hotel is advantageously located near the park and all other amenities a vacationing family would need, while still being off the busy highway with a nice view of the mountains over the city to greet you in the morning. For families with children, it should be noted that there is no pool, but it will also probably be one of the only times your family can say that they slept in a meteor crater. (Middlesboro, Kentucky, is located inside a very large meteorite impact site that is millions of years old.) Sleep soundly.

Kiley Son 20/05/2017 04:28Clean room, really friendly service. It was a little hard to find up at the top of the hill, but that's what we get for getting here at night. Close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. I would definitely recommend this place, we will certainly come back next time we visit the park.

Suzanne Aon 18/05/2017 02:25The hotel was very, very clean! The staff of excellent and very friendly. They beds were very comfortable. The continental breakfast was more than enough. I was very impressed with my stay.We had rented 2 rooms and was totally satisfied with everything.
Nice Hotel and Staff
Debbie34515on 03/05/2017 16:21The rooms are modern and comfortable, nicer than expected. The breakfast was hot, with many selections, and breakfast room was clean. The staff was very helpful, assisting with printing and restaurant choices. Would stay there again.
Nice Stay, Good hotel
David Hon 15/04/2017 21:08We stayed overnight on our way to Cumberland Gap. The rooms were clean and nice. AC worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was good but could have included oatmeal. Oh well.
I would certainly stay here again for a quick overnight stay.
