Nelson Fon 25/08/2017 04:17The hotel is fine - good accommodations, nice comp breakfast, easy location, comfortable and clean rooms, nice recreation center and good customer service. So on all counts, I rate the hotel very high. The big news though is what does a hotel do when there is a problem.
We had an unusual problem when we stayed. Nothing major or bad; just an inconvenience. Wow - did the hotel ever respond - and way better than I ever expected.
If you want to sleep well at night knowing that your property will take care of you, this is the hotel for you! i'll be back!

thetravloron 14/08/2017 00:55When I checked in I explained my concerns about my vehicle. A Jeep with zipper windows and I wanted a room that I could see the Jeep and be close to an exit. No problem, I'm 10' away and the exit is two doors down. The rooms is super clean and real big. Excellent bargain and my appointment in the morning is 5 minutes away
Not a waterpark, but has a fun kids pool and waterslide.
AngZeeon 11/08/2017 03:21I was expecting a little more from the "Water Park," as it is really a splash pad, 3 foot pool, and 1 water slide. This is great for a few hours with kids 12 and under. Water was warm enough for the adults, too. Rooms were clean, breakfast was pretty standard, and the location was well-lit. Overall, it seemed a bit pricey for a standard hotel with a slightly larger pool. The staff was courteous.

wildcatksu94on 25/07/2017 22:37After an exhausting drive and a very hot morning we contacted the hotel to see if there was anyway for an early check in. Not only did they say they would try but they also took down my number to call when a room was available.
The waterpark is unbelievable. Don't stay here if you have kids and will not have time to take them to the pool. Every kid I saw was amazed by the waterslide and play area.
The breakfast was well stocked and very busy. The hours are great. They serve from 6-10 every day of the week.
Room was very clean along with the bathroom. The sink was was not in the bathroom area which I love because two people can get ready at the same time. Bathroom was spacious. Coffee is included in the room. There is also an actual thermostat that you can set along with a constant fan option.
The only downside is the carpets in the hallway are looking worn and need replaced.
The hotel was easy to find with a lot of food and shopping around it.
3 stars for room, 5 stars for water park
Megan Mon 20/07/2017 21:08We recently stayed two nights and booked solely based on the water park, as we have two kids ages 2 and 4. They had a blast in the water park, and I like that it was divided into a 3 ft section and a 1 ft section. My only complaint on the water park is the wall between the 1-ft and 3-ft pools blocks your line of sight, so it's hard to keep an eye on two kids if they are in different pools. As for the room, it was just adequate. Plenty of space, but it felt a bit dirty - could definitely use a facelift and fresh carpet/upholstery. This hotel is located off by itself and does not have a restaurant, so you'll need to drive to get food.
