The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is nice, breakfast is good. The problem is noise. A trash dump truck woke me at 7 am and I was awakened again at 8 and 9am by children running down the hall. Most of the other guests looked like Appalachian movie people and they were barefoot and noisy. Very noisy. I switched to another hotel in the morning.

We stopped here because it was our halfway point to PCB. While the room appeared to be clean it had an odor and just felt yucky. Paint was chipped, walls and doors scuffed up. Our toilet quit working in the morning. Outside was poorly lit and back entrance was dirty. I will say the check in was great. Staff was wonderful!

Upon checking staff not in uniform. Female and male subject behind the desk wearing swim trucks, the female had a tank top on with her bra hanging out. Upon getting in the rooms as I rented 2. The temperature was at least 80. The rooms had a strong smell. Bathroom door wouldn't close all th me way, the entry/exit door had the laminate peeled off. The entry/exit door wouldn't close fully without slamming it. The rooms above our 2 was extremely loud as if they was bouncing a baseballs on the floor and jumping off the bed. Contacted the front desk clerk multiple times and nothing was done about it. Around 5am the trash truck sounds like he was driving through the building. Seemed he banged the dumpster on the ground for a good 10 minutes. Upon checkout the clerk was too busy on her cell phone to check us out then had to request a receipt. This was a terrible experience and will never stay here again. I would have been better off to drive on.

We wanted a comfortable bed, quiet room, good free breakfast and a pool for the kids to enjoy. This hotel had all these things. Is it fancy? No. But for $81 after taxes, this reviewer has no complaints.

We recently stayed here 5-27-17 for a travel ball tournament on a reservation we've had for months. Checked in at 10:15 PM, hot & tired. Common areas were blazing hot. Greeted when we opened the door by 2 quarter sized spiders. Room was hot and A/C did not function. Clerk said no other double rooms were available and brought us a fan. Later discovered toilet was non-functional as the tank would not fill. Storm knocked out the power around midnight. The clerk offered a $20 refund toward our stay which was a disaster. There are many other options at this exit. I would not stay at this property again.
