Best one yet!!

This has been one of the cleanest and nicest run Sleep Inn and Suites that I have been to around the country! There's some other ones that could learn from the management and employees of this one! When we first got here the front desk person had fresh cut roses around the lobby! This added to the experience! The room was clean and quiet! Very friendly staff! I'm a picky person so I'm saying I would recommend this one!

Since we stayed 5 days in Sleep inn in orange beach on the way home we stayed in Sleep inn in Austin. Free bfast better selection with hot items like scramble egg with ham, plain egg, sausage patty, potatoes fries etc. Room is nice with double queen size and quiet we stayed on 3rd floor. Fresh water and juice at the reception. We will come back for sure

Very close to Hendrickson High School

We stayed 2 nights and 3 days. It was very close to Hendrickson High School, which is a location for TSSEC (Texas State Solo & Ensemble Contest)

Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast is served on time. There is an indoor pool and a gym. It's about 5 ft. deep, and the gym has a very basic setup.

I was a bit concerned about guests' safety because there were puddles of water in the hallways and in the elevators from people that were using the pool.

John is a Gem!

We stayed 2 days in Austin after a camping trip didn't pan out due to weather. It was a good rate but had an indoor pool which my 3 kiddos required.

Hotel was clean and John checked us in super fast. Our room was a king with sleeper sofa and had lots of counter space and drawers. Big bathroom.

We immediately went swimming. No hot tub, but the pool was perfect for my family.

Later I went looking at brochures in the entry and John volunteered that if I was looking for kids activities, we should hit Mt. Playmore. He named some others but suggested MP due to the kids' ages. I thought it was super nice of him to volunteer that, but I wanted to kiss him the next day when we went! It was amazing and my kids died of happiness.

Breakfast was a little different every day but always had eggs and meat hot as well as biscuits and gravy, muffins, bagels, fruit, yogurt and waffles. Lots to drink. Worked like a dream for my family of 5.

I had an issue working the dryer one morning and the front desk staff ( a young lady) immediately refunded my money and called maintenance. It was my fault -- I didn't know to pull the money mechanism back out, but she helped me without delay.

Can't say enough about the staff, especially John. He made our stay go from Good to Great!!!!

Check in was fast. The room was clean and was what I would expect from a more expensive motel, given that I had a really good rate. The only things in the room that would distinguish it from motel rooms charging 30 - 40 dollars or more a night was a lid over the toilet and a bathtub. There were hot selections for breakfast as well as waffles, fruit and cereals etc. Service was very good. When I returned in the evening, the desk clerk made fresh decaf coffee for me.
