UteKMercadoon 03/05/2017 13:46I have stayed here multiple times for business and this place is always clean and the staff is friendly. It has a calm atmosphere about itself.
It's also pet friendly with a big enough lawn to walk your dog and "treasure" bags available.
Affordable and handy location
BeachbumAggieon 29/01/2017 04:00Stayed 3 nights for work. Staff were friendly, breakfast was pretty weak so we went to a Bill Millers for bfast tacos. Room was clean, not a fan of the open but small shower set up, room was quite dark. Right off hwy290 us great since my office us 2 minutes away. Price is great compare to many other options.
Great Hotel for the price
mohammad non 20/01/2017 19:16Great Hotel, Location, price, staff, and amenities. The front desk and Manager are very professional. Hotel seemed fairly new and about 6 to 7 miles from downtown so basically paying about the half the price for an extra 10 minute drive which is totally worth it. Breakfast was good, and they have healthy snack vending machine options as well which is a big plus for business travelers.

dcallawaytxon 14/01/2017 09:19Stopped in for an over nighter to visit daughter. This property is very convenient to 290, easy on and easy off with 35 and 183 near by. Area has good choice of resturants, etc... property grounds are very kept and clean. Well lit parking lot. Easy and quick check in. Discounted rate on various travel websites. $99 FOR KING SUITE. Extremely clean room, great bed and pillows. Walk in shower, big enough for 2!! Worth the extra $$ as compared to $50 to $70 range properties up off 35.
We will be back again and book each time we visit.

JeffHedanon 06/01/2017 09:07Dont really like choice properties, but this hotel was good. The location really helps beat some of the traffic to UT. The hotel was nice inside and rooms were good. Will stay in this hotel again and in this general due to traffic.
