Quoted rate was increased 30% which we found out about in route to our room!!
bjretired462on 01/05/2017 03:09We were told the owner did not care if we were given a much lower quote (over 30%).We were told the person who gave us this quote no longer worked for Sleep in in Brunswick and neither the owner or the manager would honor our quote. We had to spend the first day of our vacation looking for new lodging that we could afford .Shame on you Sleep Inn.!!!!

Not a room available in the area Sleep Inn saved us
sarasmomon 21/04/2017 17:18After driving for nearly 14 hours we decided to stop and find a hotel. However, it was a busy weekend and there was not a hotel around the area that had any rooms available. We saw the Sleep Inn and decided to give a chance to see if they had any rooms. Debbie at the front desk was wonderful! And we were lucky enough to get the last room available at the hotel. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. A huge flat screen TV in the room was great. You don't see that size television often in hotel rooms. The hotel was very quiet and you didn't hear anything. Breakfast in the morning was good, but it was very crowded and no place to sit to eat. Also, the woman that was on breakfast duty could have smiled more she looked like it was a bother to be at work. The one complaint I have about this place is we didn't check out, but took some of our belongings to the car before going to breakfast. We saw the maids in the hall and she asked if we were leaving. We told them no we would be back. A few minutes later we went back up to the room and the maids were in the room! They had stripped the beds and were cleaning. This is not good at all. It wasn't even close to the check out time. Besides that it was a comfortable stay and if we were to travel back to the area we'd stay with Sleep Inn again.
Good Place to Stay
JoyfulWriteron 29/03/2017 18:41The area around the Sleep Inn has a bit of construction. It's a growing area. The room looked fine and the bed was okay (a bit hard for me, but I'm very picky about needing a soft bed). The room was clean and has a nice marble bathroom.
The girl at the desk was nice, and the breakfast was standard for Choice Hotels, with egg and sausage that tasted better than they looked. We had a good senior rate of $82 for the night.
Abysmal Place...Avoid!!
Mike Don 23/03/2017 15:55Bait and Switch...booked online with Choice Hotels (IHG). Arrived with no reservation and had to pay for room...AGAIN! Spent an hour on phone with corporate IHG Customer Service...was told they fixed charges...total BS...charged twice.
Place is old and haggard poor service, some channels on TV were blacked out, no NCAA bracket basketball. Avoid Choice
..there are much better hotels to stay.
Comfortable room
Katie Non 23/03/2017 02:41Stayed the night on our way to Florida to visit family. Bed was comfortable, room clean, & breakfast good. The waffle was a good waffle. Very good value for the money. Nice to have refrigerator & microwave in the room. Also enjoyed the coffee pot in the room.
