Sleep Inns almost never disappoint
archiphotoon 14/10/2017 08:19Had a two-night stay in Jacksonville, the location is great as it's off the highway and near many restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and breakfast was convenient. Internet was decent. Room was a bit small but would stay again for a nice, clean, economical stay. My room was right by the elevator and it was still quiet!
Hotel needs some TLC
Jennylou1129on 24/09/2017 02:26I enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable and clean. However there are numerous areas in the hotel that need attention. The hallway that our room was on smelled wet and moldy. The ceiling of the bathroom in our room had numerous mold spots on them. The breakfast was subpar at best. Eggs were cold and the biscuits were so hard you could throw it across the room it would not break. Chairs in the breakfast area were stained. The breakfast attendant did not speak to anyone because she was so busy. It was pretty clear to me that she needed help.

k mon 16/08/2017 20:40It seems to be an unfortunately rare experience to be greeted and comforted when you arrive at a hotel. At this Sleep Inn, we were treated like royalty, above and beyond even other Choice Hotel properties; most of which costing a lot more! These guys really put themselves out and do it right.
Aside from this, the room is huge, the bedding heavenly, the bath very well designed, the staff exceptional. We hope to come back often.
Nice overnight stay
Pam Bon 04/08/2017 13:33Pleasant stay! Front desk staff courteous and efficient. Comfortable beds and very clean room. Quiet atmosphere. Nice hot shower! Breakfast was hot and fresh. Breakfast area clean and neat. Enjoyed our stay!
No Frills Pleasant Staff

King suite has pull out sleeper sofa, large jacuzzi tube, two small refrigerators, microwave and coffee. Free breakfast bar with pastries, cereal, toast, fruit and juices. In an area with many amenities around for shopping, approx 30 from a beach. Old style a.c units that do cycle and may not be good for light sleepers who are sensitive to noise.
