JayneB1478on 06/06/2017 18:12I messed up and booked a room for one night and thought it was for a different one. When we got there to check in, they informed me that I was a day late. They were able to accommodate us and in the morning the manager worked with me to make things good. I was the one who made the error, but they were so wonderful in their customer service and i would definitely return again if i am in this area and in need of a place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable.
Pleasantly surprised
Arring82on 03/06/2017 02:38Needed a stopover late for just sleeping. Staff was very friendly. Room decor very nice and updated. Very comfortable king bed. Right off interstate 24. Parking lot was almost full but area was quiet. Tad bit musty smell but that went away once AC kicked in.

Andrea Bon 23/05/2017 03:58The hotel is very convenient, just off I-24... close to Wal-Mart and lots of restaurants. Greeted well and check in was quick and easy. Rooms were clean and pretty comfortable, except the fold out couch. Breakfast was typical hotel food, but the hostess was very friendly and happy.
Not bad for the price, but...

We were excited that we arrived on a day there was a Manager's Happy Hour since we had been traveling, but the meager offerings were disappointing. There were cans of beer--Coors Light, Bud Light and Miller Lite--and salted tortilla chips with a nondescript cheese sauce, not exactly the nachos we had been promised. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was the standard fare, but the coffee was disappointing--dispensed from a machine. Thought we'd give this chain a try, but back to the Hampton Inns for us.

Affordable, clean, right off the highway, with friendly employees, comfortable beds and a great breakfast. Your breakfast attendant might be the most cheerful person I've ever seen working an early morning service position! This place just checks all of the boxes, couldn't be more pleased with our stay.
