First time in a Sleep Inn and it did not disappoint! Very nice, exceptionally clean, good breakfast and very nice front desk staff. The best thing was the price! Actually looking forward to our return on our way back south!

Wonderful place to stay. Room was comfortable and staff was superb. Good breakfast. I will stay here again when on I95 going north and south. Fitness room was a wonderful amenity. Too cold to swim. Cookies in the evening hit the spot.

My room was fine albeit a little worn but my daughter in 221 came running into my room and dragged me to her bathroom to show me the large cockroach crawling on the shower door. We told the front desk. He offered another room but I'm sure if there is one roach there are more. We all slept in our clothes with lights on and left the next morning not eating in the breakfast area. Eeeew.

Three story hotel with finess center and lovely outdoor pool area. We requested and got a first floor room in rear. Good senior rate of $78 for king room with free wifi, fridge, microwave, and large flat TV. Large breakfast room serving eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, cereal, etc. This excellent place also serves cookies in the evening. Excellent place to stay in Smithfield.

A group of us traveling together spent a night at the Sleep Inn & Suites. The location is convenient to I95, the staff was helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The price was excellent and a great value. I recommend this hotel as a good stop when traveling through the area.
