Great For Customer Concerns
Ruth Con 13/07/2017 22:01I have stayed at this hotel several times each time went without a hitch except one time last month I had a mold problem. I was offered a room change immediately. My next stay a few days later was perfect. What I like about this particular hotel is they care for their customers. The fact that most evenings their parking lot is full is testimony especially when this is an area with many hotel options. I feel they deserve an excellent rating.

mpardo62on 13/07/2017 10:17Very nice facility with friendly staff. Their breakfast was really nice. I had my service dog with me and not a single person gave me a second look while I took her out for her to do her business. This is the second time I stayed at this particular hotel and enjoyed it both times. I highly recommend this location. Their price is very reasonable, but the extra taxes do raise the price, but not their fault.
Ensured a trip straight home
ADD3273813on 07/07/2017 12:24First and only stay. Just dirty enough to cancel my reservation for the return trip home the following week. I have stayed in various star level hotels but the environment here was really unacceptable and not budget friendly in the $80 range. Got about 4 hours of sleep before the room next to us started having some type of celebration with the noise level beyond sleeping range. Room was dark, smelled of mold and mildew, and bedding was questionable at best with visible staining on the bedspread. Should have booked down the street at the Drury worth the extra money to know you are in a clean and quiet environment. My experience here kept me out on the road for my entire return 1000 mile trip home so I did not have to be concerned with the room.
Bed bugs
Kim Con 04/07/2017 02:10We had to switch rooms because our room was terrible. The sheets were very itchy. Bed bugs or just not clean sheets. I'm not sure but I didn't want to stay in that room. I will not return. You are better off at the Hilton.
Late night check in
Lisa Mon 03/07/2017 15:43We came in around 11 pm and maurty was super helpful she had personal things goin on but was very gracious and accommodating to us put me in the closest handicap room and was just all around nice the rooms were very clean good neighborhood and great breakfast highly advise staying here and grab a coupon book at a gas station for a really good deal happy sleeping Lisa
