What People are saying

Bed bug issue (really!)

alexwolf2016on 08/06/2017 05:34

I travel extensively and have never encountered bed bugs before. The day I checked out, after three nights in room 228, I had numerous red welts on my back and chest. It took me a day of thinking and analyzing before I researched and Google-Imaged bed bug bites. I’m 99.9% certain, and there is no other explanation.
I sent a letter to the manager and postponed posting a review until I heard from them. It's been over a week and they have not responded.
Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the motel?
The motel was run-of-the-mill, too ordinary to justify the $108+tax per weeknight that they charge.
There’s little reason to stay here, even without the bedbug problem.

Great place and staff especially 'eager to please'

We travel to Nashville quite a bit but always prefer to stay in the Franklin area. Our first stay at Sleep Inn was about 3 years ago and that's now our 1st choice for every visit to the Franklin area or Nashville. Most of the time we have our dog with us and the staff has always been very helpful in meeting any special requests we might have in connection with our pet. Several times they were able to find a pet-friendly room so we could check in early, even though they were almost sold-out. The entire staff has always been very friendly and eager to please on almost everything we ask. The room is always very clean and never has a smell (even though it's pet-friendly). The area is very convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. and even though close to the interstate, it's a quiet place, so we always get a good night's sleep. Brian, Kathy, and all the others are super employees.....THANKS!! Hope to see you soon...Connie from Alabama

Great experience!

My husband and I stayed two nights when we were in town for the Grand Ole Opry and the Good Guys Car Show in Nashville. Our king room was very comfortable and we really appreciated the two complimentary bottled waters each day that we would have had to pay for at other hotels. There was a wide variety of breakfast foods including cereal, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, and waffles each day, plus scrambled eggs, bacon and hash browns the first day and little cheese omelets, sausage patties and French toast sticks the second day. There was hot coffee available all day. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is right off I-65 and close to lots of shopping. I would definitely stay there again.

Spring Break 2017 (on the way to Gulf Shores)

This is the first time we booked at a Sleep Inn. We usually book at a Comfort Inn and Suites or Holiday Inn Express. In Brentwood, the Brentwood Suites in also a very nice hotel....About this hotel: We booked 4 rooms for a party of 10, three queen rooms and one double room. I called over a week in advance and asked if our rooms could be close together. They were on the same floor, but 2 rooms were next to each other with a dividing door which was nice and the other 2 rooms were across from each other but clear across the hotel in another wing! The staff was friendly. The decor is nice. The rooms are small. The beds were comfortable. The shower was big.The sink is outside of the shower/toilet room and like many other hotels, there is no place to put your clothes when you shower except on the toilet (which is gross so I have to hang mine with the towels) The room was clean, it did have a slight odor that was not fresh but not offending either. The night we were there though, there were many rooms of what appeared to be a one large party...they kept their doors opened with the lock and I have no idea what they were cooking with or on (as our rooms had a fridge and microwave but no kitchen), but the whole hotel smelled like onions!! It was very overwhelming and awful smelling!! It was early April so the outdoor pool was closed. They have free breakfast in the morning, but the breakfast area was packed full. Breakfast was good, but not as good as a Holiday Inn Express breakfast. There is ample parking. If you're staying in Brentwood, this is a clean and conveniently located hotel to stay at for the price, but I would recommend the Brentwood Suites if they are available or a Comfort Inn Suites or Holiday Inn Express.

Good nights sleep and quiet

Stayed here one night. Room was quiet and comfortable and clean. Breakfast was ok but I've had better. No milk to drink only for cereal and only one Activia brand yogurt rather than a regular type. Would be ok staying here again.
