Nice hotel

Just a stay over night until our flight in the morning. Workers at front desk are very nice checked us in fast. Also gave us menus for some late night delivery places. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice fruits,yogurts,pastries,cereals. Hot items also like waffles and eggs. My fam was able to fill up before heading to the airport.

Great place to stop over from Europe to elsewhere

We had two great shuttle drivers, very personable and helpful. Good check in/out experience- we were only there for 8 hrs.
Because we left at 5 am and were too early for breakfast, someone had packed a bagel, orange and yogurt for us. Details make the difference.

Got there for a few days mainly the reason was its so close to the airport, going there to city takes about an hour, but you would enjoy other parts of New york city, great receiption dep. with great knowledge of the area as well as transport options, breakfast as well as anytime coffee or tea is free, wifi, i stayed at the 4th floor and it was very enjoyable and quiet, i really enjoyed my time and thanks for the staff once again

Particularly the super friendly customer service . Thank you for making me feel welcomed. The only I have to say is the location is right across from train/subway, bring your ear plugs or sleeping pills.

Not spectacular, But you get what you pay for.

So I was here for 3 days, and we were surprised that hotel was actual better than we thought it would be being the area that its in (Jamaica isn't known for anything other than being close to JFK, and 50 cent probably)

The bed was somewhat comfortable and was well presented.

The room also came with a fridge, microwave and coffee machine all of which were put to good use.

The room itself is rather small and a little cramped if you're used to having lots of space but myself and my fiance it was adequate enough.

The hotel has a complementary pick and transport shuttle if you stay over a certain amount of days, they'll take you to either the E or F train stops (Both of which go to manhattan) and pick you up and drop you off at the airport.

The breakfast was really nothing special, quite poor if anything but it was edible.

DO NOT have the local chinese, I ended up wasting a day of my holiday throwing up whatever was in that stuff.

The staff are cool and the security guard knows a little bit about boxing (Not that it's relevant)

The only gripe I had was with the airport shuttle, they have the most moodiest driver in the world, they don't tell you where they're going to be dropping you off, so already late for a flight I asked to dropped off at terminal 4, but he said no he was going to drop me off at the cargo area and I had to get the air train from there..... I wish he had told me that before we left the airport because I would have got the air train from the train station or got an uber or taxi beforehand and not wasted my time. He could have gone the extra mile for the customer but he's one of those people who do the job because they have to work rather than because they want to do it. His attitude just sucked and really couldn't be bothered.

The other driver from the Dominican was a masterclass in customer service however, gave me local travel advice and gave us a business card actually telling the hotels shuttle service actually picked you up from local businesses like burger king or places around the area. Something the other driver was never going to tell me and I could've saved around $60

Other than that, its an average hotel and now that I know about the shuttle service, I would probably stay again.
