Clean Rooms with Friendly Staff

Our room was clean! And John at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had traveled from Portland, Maine and was nice to have a good room already booked. Sorry I can't provide more details as this was one of 18 one-night stops and I forgot to make thorough notes.

We only really spend time there to sleep for 1 night. It was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was very busy - wish there were more staff to tidy up as we had to sit at a table covered in someone else's crumbs/mess. Otherwise our stay was ok.

Be careful what you pay for

Let's get one thing out first. This is not a Marriott or a Hilton or a Hyatt property. It's a Motel 6 with fancy signage. So getting what you pay for is important. And they even claim to have a price guarantee but only if you tell them on the 3rd Tuesday of the 5th Month in a leap year. In other words, good luck getting them to honor it. But to use the free airport shuttle service it's important to know they need 24 hour advance notice. Now, looking at their name, Sleep Inn Manchester Airport, one might assume it's available for most normal times. So if you're going to spend the night there and fly out the next morning, you're out of luck unless you think to call ahead. The hotel itself was fine. Rooms were small but clean and the window units (think Motel 6) are noisy enough to wake you up. The staff was friendly enough and they did call their driver in to take us to the airport. They just didn't tell us that they did. So when I asked if there happened to be one the next day, they said it just so happens there was one. So we waited in the lobby until they realized the shuttle was actually for us. In the mean time, I showed the front desk guy the Choice app and said that they should make the advance notice known. His response was I should have called, he always did. To which I simply made a mental note, the app is called Choice, my choice is to delete the app and upscale my choice of hotels. No more Sleep Inns, that's for sure.

Perfect for My Needs

Attended a show at the Tupelo Music Hall and didn't want to drive home, so I booked a night here in advance. Easy to locate; everyone that works there is friendly and helpful; EXTREMELY clean - everywhere from lobby, to hallways to my entire room - and I do some checking in weird places. SUPER quiet - I couldn't hear a sound from my room and only heard light TV sounds when walking down the hallway. I had a room with a king size bed, fridge and microwave. The fridge was large and even had a freezer compartment. I liked the deco - browns and soft greens with just some simply artwork. Bed was comfy - no signs of bed bugs - yes I checked. Large desk area with TV, writing room, and plenty of drawer space. A chair at the desk and also another more comfy reading/TV watching chair. Also a cabinet with hangers, ironing board and iron. Bathroom isn't large, but that is not something I care about. Plenty of lighting options with outlets and USB port plugs everywhere. My destination was less than 5 minutes away, and there are plenty of options down the road for dining. Breakfast the next day from 7-10AM. Great scrambled eggs, but disappointed that there was no sausage left and it was only 7:15 AM. I was also looking for fresh fruit - none. They did have make your own waffles, a variety of muffins, bagels and breads for toasting and several cereal dispensers. Coffee/Tea and a few juice options.

Rooms were very clean. The whole hotel was very clean.. Staff helpful and friendly,..hot breakfast everyday..We will stay again when we are back in this area..This is how a hotel should be.We have stayed at hotels for more than double the price and this one is much better
