Nice but small rooms

We stayed in a room with 2 double beds. The room was really small compared to similar hotels. I felt like my husband and I were constantly tripping over our 3 and 5 year old daughters and there wasn't much room for our luggage. I don't know how a family of four with even older kids would be able to function in this room.

mjh988on 05/06/2017 02:42We came up for a sale in Springfield and decided to get a room for a couple hours of sleep. I always read reviews first before booking and decided this hotel would be a good one to try. I am glad we chose it! Check-in was fast and easy considering it was 1 am. The room was clean, spelled great and was very modern looking. I love that it had been remodeled and doesn't have the old hotel room look or bedspread. There was a mini fridge in the room which was great for us to put our drinks in to keep cool for a few hours. My favorite part of the hotel is the shower! It looks small from the outside but it was huge on the inside! I have never had a hotel shower with so much water pressure and hot water!! We don't even have that much water pressure at home and I loved it! The only complaint we had is the pillows. On a king size bed, you would expect a regular size pillow but these were like half pillows. Overall this hotel is great! I have definitely found a new place to stay when we head to Springfield!
AD Banker continuing education classes
Charmed1994on 01/06/2017 16:01I was here for two days of continuing education classes. The room is clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Guest wifi is available. There could be more plugs for electronic devices. The only bathroom is a one stall unisex for the class. Overall a nice place for class
Gross surprise under desk in room
kjdickerson 07/03/2017 05:23Staff was nice enough. I was on the third floor. Hotel was fairly empty and quiet. I was using the computer desk area and reached to grab the desk ledge and pull myself forward- someone left boogers all underneath the edge of the desk. So gross.
Sheets were stained...several spots. Gross again. Water pressure in the dated shower was nice though. Access to the hotel was easy enough. Wifi worked well and I was able to work remotely.
I am headed back to Springfield again next week. I will be opting to stay elsewhere.

BEEBQon 06/02/2017 21:42Always have a great experience at this hotel, with great staff and hotel room. It seems like most of the rooms have been remodeled in the last year or so. On every occasion I have been there, it has been quiet. The hot tub, by the swimning pool, is nice and relaxing after a long day. Their breakfast is is included and is always good. The price is reasonable compared to other venues.
