What People are saying

Great stay

bgfuntimeon 12/06/2017 23:47

It was a long day of driving and the Sleep Inn was a great destination for us. Everything was as expected and great breakfast. Clean and up to date hotel. Staff did a great job. We would recommend this hotel.

Good value

When we checked in Saturday afternoon the front desk employee was not very friendly or professional. We were worried that we had made a mistake booking this hotel. However, later that evening (and the following days) when a new person was at the front desk they were very friendly and helpful. The hotel & room was very clean. There was a wide variety of hot & cold items for breakfast. The pool did not open until after May 29 & one could not communicate with the housekeeping staff.

Graduation Weekend

hllangfordon 24/05/2017 11:28

We were in town from Florida for a friends son's graduation cookout/weekend. Opted for the Sleep Inn based upon reviews, price & choice points. We were very pleased! The breakfast was wonderful & always stocked although very busy all the time but they do serve it for a long time 6:30-10:30 which is highly unusual. The rooms are very updated, we had charging station at the bedside table which I really liked. All employees were very courteous & kind, always asking if they could help us, if we needed anything, etc. My only complaint would be we were given a handicap room (not sure why & didn't ask, we were tired after a 9+ hour drive) therefore the shower was handicap accessible & we didn't like that. Water would get onto the floor & the curtain wasn't bowed out like most modern showers & it kept sticking to me (yuk :()

Peaceful.

Was in town for business. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.
Price was a bit high but I had no issues. The staff was friendly and check in and out was hassle free. Would probably stay again if I was in town.

Noisy Neighbors

pwm1031on 23/04/2017 23:36

Overall the hotel was your typical Sleep Inn. Although we have stayed in better, we have also stayed in worse. Upon arrival I noticed the outdoor trash can by the front door was overflowing with trash on the ground around it. It remained this way during the night, but was clean in the morning.

The front desk service was fine and the breakfast was ok. It would have been nice to have more toppings for waffles and maybe a choice of bacon, but overall it was adequate.

The main problem of the night was our noisy neighbors! We were awakened around midnight to the sound of loud knocking on doors, lots of talking in the hall and several slamming doors. This continued on and off for the next thirty minutes. Since I was half asleep I chose to call the front desk instead of confront the noisy patrons (who appeared from the peephole to be an entire high school or college basketball team). After a call to the desk things did get much quieter with only a few more door slams and the rest of the night went better.

As mentioned in some reviews there is some interstate noise, but nothing too unusual. Overall, I would caution anyone who is staying here and isn't part of a sports team/event that this hotel is very near to a university campus which hosts lots of sporting events. This can lead to sharing the hotel with several young, not as mature, guests.

Although it was a very affordable stay on a night when there were basically no hotels available in Nashville, I would don't think we would stay here again.
