All Was Good
Jeff Mon 06/06/2017 17:18Easy location. Plenty of parking with many restaurants nearby. Rooms were clean and tidy although check in is not to 4 pm. Pool and exercise room along with free breakfast. Free USA Today newspaper. Showers no tubs.
Loved the Indoor Pool
ahartley2017on 17/05/2017 16:49Clean rooms, friendly staff and great accommodations. We had a pet and they were very accommodating to us. My grandkids came over and played in the pool which was indoor so very nice to play in no matter the weather outside. The continental breakfast was pretty much what you would expect and good.

Mulgamagneton 11/05/2017 06:26First place we saw driving into Provo, never stayed at this chain before. It was just OK. Comfortable bed, clean room. But nothing else. Reception managed to interrupt his TV viewing to check us in, breakfast was worse than most. Asked front desk to ring us a taxi - Jared told us to ring ourselves. We did, and we won't be back.
Easy on and off the freeway
Debbie Mon 10/05/2017 04:26The Hampton Inn next door actually recommended Sleep Inn as they were sold out, and we needed a place for the night that accepted pets. Thankfully Sleep Inn accepted our 9 year old 23 pound baby boy (pooch). The location was perfect right off the freeway. Yet we did not hear any freeway noise. The two ladies who checked us in were very helpful and polite. Everyone we came across in Provo was very nice. The room was clean. Had a microwave and small refrigerator. Across the street is a Sizzler restaurant. A simple breakfast is provided- coffee, juice, cereal, yogurt, pastry, bagel, bacon, hard boiled egg.
Clean Room, Nice People
jandav208on 06/05/2017 16:29Travelling through Utah on a very long trip, reserved a room 2 hours before checking in. The room was clean, the location easy to find, the air conditioning in the room noisy. The check in was a bit a slow, desk clerk forgot to share the wifi, wasn't great with local restaurant recommendation. The breakfast area was over-crowded, it was college graduation weekend. Check out was pleasant, quick, and very nice. The value was great! I would stay again.
