Stayed for almost a week
katv16on 03/07/2017 20:04SS is great, if you have a car to drive into Burlington. Otherwise, it is very out of the way and nothing really to do within walking distance. Staff is helpful enough. I really do not have much else to say other than make sure you have a ride to Burlington. They will recommend a cab service but it is this one elderly gentleman who might be asleep when you need your cab. I used Lyft a lot.

rachelwI5018DDon 03/07/2017 18:09When you reserve a suite you expect a certain level of amenity and Smart Suites had it. I appreciated the kitchenette, fridge, stove, etc which helped me spend less on eating out while I was traveling. The continental breakfast in the morning was very nice.
Spotless and friendly

We had a suite, which was completely supplied with anything we could need in the kitchen and elsewhere. The rooms were spotless and quiet. We all agreed that we would stay there again.
Rooms not clean.
Mulan_9on 28/06/2017 01:22The bed was comfortable and good for a night stay. But the plates had old dirt on them you had to scratch to remove... empty alcohol bottles in the drawer. Breakfast ok if you like a lot sugar in the morning.
Great stay
BBOnTheLakeon 22/06/2017 18:18Staff was friendly, room was spacious, clean and comfortable, location was convenient, complimentary bottled water was much appreciated. We grabbed breakfast muffins on the way out, which were delicious.
