Very nice, great value
AMJ_11on 26/10/2015 10:44Looks like a normal (albeit big and modern) house in the neighbourhood, doesn't have big hotel signage out front. In fact, we didn't even notice it at first and drove around the block a second time looking for it. We were there in the off season and got a very good deal. Our first-floor room was basic but very nice and opened out to a patio in back. The only minus was a leaky shower door and no hook on the wall for the hand-held shower head. The breakfast buffet costs EUR 5 but is well worth it. Nothing over-the-top, but they have pancakes, fried eggs, sausage, porridge, vegetables, muesli, bread&cheese, etc. Parking in the underground garage is another EUR 5 per day, which is annoying because there's no parking on the street out front, so you really have no other option. Staff spoke poor English, but enough to get by. But these are just petty complaints, and, all in all, I would definitely recommend Villa Smilciu to others.
Great weekend in the modern and cozy hotel
Paola Kon 01/02/2015 19:36We stayed in the "Prabangūs vieno miegamojo šeimyniniai apartamentai su terasa"( luxorious one bedroom family apartment with terrace). Really enjoyed the design of the hotel (very Scandinavian and modern). Also very welcoming staff!!!Hotel located nearby seaside and just 10 minutes’ walk to the central Basanviciaus street and only 200 metres from the seaside. Our room was with terrace it was quite relaxing to sit there and hear sea waves.

Great stay
Nips123on 20/09/2014 14:25Stayed here for a week while getting married in Lithuania. Staff could not have been nicer or more helpful (they even helped me with my wedding speech and Lithuanian pronunciation!!!). Location was great, beside beach and short walk to the main street meaning it was quiet. Rooms very spacious and well maintained, clean and comfortable. The day after the wedding we were greeted by a room full of roses and a bottle of champagne for free. Can not say enough about this place, will definitely return.

2014KoCoon 20/06/2014 23:48This is such a nice hotel in Palanga. If you are looking for the quiet, relaxing and comfortable stay then this place is for you. Rooms are superb, staff is helpful, breakfast is tasty. It is not far away from the airport and about 15 min walk to the Basanavicius street.
