No Room at the Inn
noracoleman69on 15/07/2017 17:50So I had a reservation and was going to be late and called on 3 occasion to hold our room Ms Jasmine assured me I would have a room. We didn't make it till 9 and all the rooms to accommodate 5 was over booked by expeda but Ms Jasmine and the manager Ms Jody Haight was kind and so helpful and kind of worked there magic and we did get a room that worked for us it was not what we had booked but they made sure we felt at home and accommodated us with all we needed in a timely fashion with smiles on the face and confidence on taking care of my family which was better than the lose of sleeping space we made it work and my whole family talked about how clean everything was and how nice and helpful the staff was the whole stay Thank you all so much!! God Bless You!!
Very accomodating
napervillejackon 11/07/2017 02:55The Manager worked diligently to provide a room for the handicapped connected to another room. Outstanding service. Saved us $56. Very satisfied. Both rooms were very clean and had refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and plenty of towels and cleansing supplies.

Anne Marie Gon 09/07/2017 17:44The hotel was clean, the beds were extremely comfortable! The shower was great, the water pressure was excellent. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My son and husband enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Dennis Aon 16/06/2017 19:26Bobbi at the front desk was very courteous and friendly. I was up all night from a 16-hour drive, I called in 2 hours before I arrived in Smyrna to book a room reservation. I was disappointed to hear that check-in time is at 3 in the afternoon. However, Bobbi was very considerate of my situation and allowed me to check-in at 11:30 a.m.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel location was very convenient. Overall, It was a great stay!!!
Fairfield Inn Review
Karla Pon 09/06/2017 18:51Convenient location to food, I24, Nashville, Murfreesboro, etc. Everything was great about the stay. Breakfast was very good each morning and well stocked. Quiet for sleeping, pool checked regularly, everyone was very nice and helpful. Room was very clean and O'Charley's is right next door -can walk and they offer 10% off when showing your room key. The only tiny negative thing was there was no lotion provided in the room but that's easy to remedy next time I stay here - will just bring my own.
