Scuzzy Place to Stay
Grumpynorthon 22/05/2016 02:13When we got into room, I first checked bathroom it seemed fairly clean but there was a couple of Cheerios laying on floor by toilet. I then pulled back sheets, there was hair on the pillows. I went to manager and he put us in a different room. I pulled back sheet and pillow cases looked clean, then I pulled sheets further back and the sheets were DIRTY!
We had had a few drinks so we could not drive to another hotel. I then went back to manager and asked if he could give me some clean sheets from laundry room. He took me to laundry room I got clean sheets and changed the bed myself. Dirty place to stay!
Don't waste your time or money!!
on 17/04/2016 04:55On the spur of the moment, my husband and I planned a getaway--made online booking reservations and arrived late Friday night--approx 11:30pm...got to our room ( downstairs facing parking lot) and settled in...called front desk, asked for extra blankets/pillows, front desk brought them...afterward, noticed the door had interior door locks--no deadbolt on the door--just the "flip handle" to secure it--the glass on the peep hole was gone as well--stuffed kleenex in it to plug it..extra blanket that was brought had holes and cigarette burns in it. Shower had mold around base-- did not feel comfortable taking a shower..We went to the office early the next morning to leave because we weren't comfortable staying and relaxing... and discuss our room with the clerk and were told that the hotel was old and so were the supplies, and that she'd heard it all before what we were explaining and that we should have requested a room change...if we had a problem call the owner and handed us a business card--that had only the motel number--a name and an email address. Tried to explain we were exhausted and it was after midnight before we realized all these things, but it fell on deaf ears..Emailed the address on the card but seriously doubt will ever hear anything.
Low rates but there's a reason for it
makwa55on 21/02/2016 20:37People behind desk were OK but the rooms leave a LOT to be desired. The room did have a nice TV and there was a fridge and microwave squeezed in but that's anything positive I can say about the place. Old school doors with keyed lock - been a long time since I've gotten a physical key for a room instead of a card. We paid for a double room with two beds and it was painfully obvious that this was meant to be a single room. Both beds were small - the one bed was tight against the far wall while the other bed was tight against the front window. So tight, in fact, it made the front curtains unusable. VERY little room for moving around. Bathroom and shower were not nice to be in. The continental breakfast is pretty much non-existent. I would NOT stay here again.
Your tyical 70's/80's Budget moetel really ,snooz????
Billmc67on 23/09/2015 02:02Well i really wanted to give this place a terrible rating, but they are trying,I think?. Ok lets start with the Pluses. The shower was nice and big(the wife use it,she like it. It was clean, for the most part. Much cleaner then outside, thats a plus. The continental Breakfast, was a tray muffins cut in half that they bought from Fred Myer, on the other side of the freeway.. There just di d not look like they put any effort into making this a nice place. The Bad, the second worse bed we ever slept on. We both woke up with bad backs. My wife has MS and it just gave her fits all night, and took her more then the next day to recover!. The pool, ummmm its empty and looks like they are in no rush to fix it. The setting, its on a street next to the freeway,at the end(i think) of a dead end. Walls so thin, put it this way, the female, she will give birth to a very energetic baby about 9 months from now,you draw the picture!. Maybe i am wrong and they will clean it up, but it seems now days they just want to open up and charge just like the big boys, but not put the work into it
Old but clean nice and cozy
Fiona Lon 23/08/2015 00:05It was fully book around Woodburn during weekend. Luckily found Snooz Inn at the last minute. The Italian young man is very friendly and helpful, he told us where can find the best restaurants and search a lot of information for the outdoor activities around from his computer. He's excellently helpful and friendly. The room is a bit old but very clean, the bed is comfortable, the water is hot enough to have a relaxing shower. I'll recommend this Inn.
