Great but major mess ups
bryangS5500UWon 28/06/2017 03:52We enjoyed our stay and loved the place and we would likely book again. However there were two issues that disrupted our stay. 1st, somehow our room was showed as vacant and a key was given another guess. He promptly walked into our room without warning. I had just walked into the room from jumping in the pool. 30 seconds sooner he would have walked in on my son. Told the front desk and they only could say that the room was shown as vacant. No amount of apology would would have suffice if a stranger walked in in my son alone. 2nd. The maid came in the back door when she could not get in the front. My son had looked the door while I walked down to the mall to get food. Completely upset my son. He told her to leave. He would not stay in the room by himself at that point
Perfect for large family destination stay!
U4231IFteresawon 19/06/2017 22:40The condo and Resort were perfect for our whole family with their children (10 of us), to meet up and stay. The pool, hot tubs, sauna was a big plus for all of us. Plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses and kitchen pots/pans etc for what ever meal you planned to prepare. We used the grill and it worked great! Just wish there was a store closer, so bring what you need or a little bit for a trip for grocery items.
Good summer vacation
Zack Fon 18/06/2017 05:28We stayed for a week and had 2 wonderful condos for our family. Great transportation to the lower village and mall. Not a bad walk to the mall, but can be a bit harder than it looks to walk back up the hill. My parents in their 70's got a little winded. I would recommend staying here to anyone. If you don't like the hike, take the shuttle bus.

P1157AHheatheraon 12/06/2017 21:58Highly recommend!! Our whole family had an absolutely wonderful time in snowmass. The accommodation exceeded our expectations! The staff was very helpful and always available to help. We can't wait to come back!!
Excellent place
pankajk507on 10/06/2017 16:03Excellent. We had a great time during our stay. Staff was friendly and very helpful and willing to answer all our questions about the area. Trails around the area was also nice. It was properly lighted at night.
