Service standards and food quality needs improvement

Rooms are comfortable...but unfortunately the service standards are very slow. They need to work towards a more efficient service standards. The food quality also is not up to the desired level... the buffet breakfast was limited in choices and of extremely mediocre quality.

Expert in event organizing..Memorable..

Hotel Sobti is much more expert in organizing events, recently i was gone here in a marriage party of my friend, very nice arrangement of wedding & decoration, awesome food, frequent staff hospitality services in green lawn with a regent banquet.

Thank you guys for arranging a wonderful wedding!

FEB 1, You guys made it so memorable by the most beautiful decoration, delectable food and very humble and polite staff.

The hotel rooms very nice and clean and the staff was very responsive. We got a very positive feedback from all the people who attended the function. Thank you so much again!👍

Horrible Hotel

Hotel lost my laundry worth Rs 6000/- and finally said it was never given to them, they asked me to provide documentry proof that laundry was given to the. The GM Mr Naveen Kumar lacked manners basic courtsy. When it was told to him that Loss of laundry will be reflected in reviews, hevwas least unrepentant. Better avoided.

Well-maintained hotel, poor staff

I came here on February 4 after checking out of Clark's Inn where I had a poor experience. I was impressed with the hotel lawn and the appearance. I liked the fact that it had a separate restaurant and bar which well-spread out.
But the young man on the reception was one of the most unresponsive I have met in the myriad hotels I have stayed in. You keep calling him out or asking questions and he would not respond, not even look at you for he is "busy" on the computer.
Thankfully, the wifi in this hotel works, it's slow, but at least it works. Rooms are clean and well-provided for.
After finishing work, we hit their bar. I have to say it was the most disappointing part of the hotel. You look at the menu and it's so elaborate that you love it. But more than half the stuff will not be available. Your order can take ages to come.
I called for two mojitos and the bartender gave me white rum in mountain dew. There were no mint leaves there was no presentation and the taste was horrible. When I called the bartender to say that this was not how mojito was made, he seemed to politely argue that I was the ignorant one.
The breakfast spread is the most limited one I have seen in so many hotel stays I have made. There was just bread boiled eggs and puri bhaji. So if you dont like puri bhaji then find breakfast somewhere else.
When I asked the reception if they could provide him breakfast, the same young man at the reception took 15 minutes to reply that too when I called. When I asked him why he was not replying as I was getting delayed, he said, "I was busy." What on earth keeps a hotel staff member busy other than the hotel guest? In any case I had to pay Rs 250 for my driver's breakfast which was practically four pieces of puri and one bowl bhaji.
