Too hot and noisy

The apartments are fine, but far too hot in the summer. Booked what was labelled as air con room on website but only half have air con and is charged per night in addition to day rate with is over £100 a night. Fans also charged per fan at additional cost 😳 per night.
Rooms are next to busy noisy road so hardly any sleep.... lack of ventilation, fans etc and noise resulted in very little sleep over four nights. Not worth the money.

All the comfort of home you need on vacation

I just arrived from a week trip staying in these apartments. We came in 4 and needed a big apartment with 2 rooms, 4 beds. Although we came late at night, a message and keys were marked so we had no problems. Location is very near the bus station if you trust the Ibiza busses (i don't anymore).
Aparment surprised us with 2 balconies, flowers in pergola, washing machine, dishwasher, granit countertop and table in the kitchen .... usually it looks better on photos but this time it was the other way around. If I ever come back to Ibiza I would stay in the exact same apartment. It looked almost brand new with all equipment needed for comfortable vacation! Receptionists were all very kind. The only thing I didnt like so much was the rhythtm of towel and kitchen cloth changing. If you leave luggage after 12.00 at storage room before leaving, they even offer you bath, but be sure to ask when do they have lunch in case you needed a bus at exact time for the airport (there is a direct bus every full hour fros Es Canar to airport). Anyhow our equipment was as good as new. Only friends from other room found sometimes troubles sleeping because of the closeness of the road and children whoose parents didn't put them to sleep and were running all night in room upstairs. But that would happen in any other hotel.

Enjoyable and pleasant

We stayed 3 weeks. The main lady on reception is super nice , very chilled out and helpful but not intrusive. The apartment was well equipped with everything you could need. The shower was one of the best very powerful and invigorating. Beds very comfy and the rooms spacious a bit of a wow factor when we walked into the apartment it was fresh and new with decent tv which had English translation added. Can also use the radio on the tv . I liked it here and it deserved good ratings . Not a negative thing to say.
Again the staff on reception were very pleasant and a real reason why I would come again

Freezing cold experience

I normally do not write negative reviews but I simply have to pint out a few things, such as the extremely cold rooms without any chance to regulate the temperature. 10-12 degrees in the evenings and at night, I had to cover me in several blankets. Electricity went down due to a malfunction in a Water boiler... Well, it was replaced but only with another defective one :-(.

Checking in lasted almost 25 minutes despite the fact, that I was the only one in the reception - A lot of paper work had to be done, which could easily have been done ahead of my arrival ??

That all said, It is an average room and close to the small "City center" (Not much to watch and to do)

Beautiful apartment friendly staff

Booked this apartment at the last minute after losing a holiday booking with Lowcost Holidays. Having read some of the reviews we were slightly concerned, but we should not have worried. We were allocated room 101 (even more worrying given the TV programme!), and were shocked when we walked in. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and clean, with a fully fitted kitchen area including washing machine and dishwasher, two double bedrooms, a shower room with hairdryer, a large living area with TV and large comfortable sofa-bed, and a balcony overlooking the pool. The room did not have its own safe but that was not a problem as the staff in the offices underneath , who were very friendly and helpful, kept our valuables in the office safe, which we had access to whenever we needed. The pool area and pool were cleaned every day and most of the time we were the only people there so no fighting over sun-beds.
We had a wonderful time in Es Cana and this beautiful apartment made the holiday.
