Good and clean hotel, with a small thermal bath ,nice staff, breakfast and dinner with various , tasty food, wi-fi not very good( on a scale 1 to 10, is 6), 5 minute on foot from the Aqua Palace, great! Definetly we will come back in the future, thanks to my travel agent, he knows.

Very average food and visited mostly with retired groups from Western Europe

The worst service of all that have ever seen, starting with the appointment procedures, including room service. If you do not care that your requests will be ignored by the staff, including a doctor, and you are willing to pay money for the service is worse than mediocre - you can stay here. But it is better to spend money on something useful. Hungary is beautiful, but the mood is spoiled by the quality of procedures and attitudes in this hotel. Mistakes were made in the appointment of treatments, there was no place in the treatments that we asked (as we later found out, the place was, but for someone to hold), complaints even superiors have not led to anything - no apology for cold mud, or for any mistake. If we get to Hajdúszoboszló ever - then certainly not in this hotel. We paid for an extra package, but what we got is much less than obtained in previous hotels in the same category.

The staff is quite OK and the water (that's why everyone's going) does the trick, but the old style (not in the classic way) could let you wanting more. Food is decent, also not great... We got tickets with full access to all the spa's in town, so having just slept there did not leave a big impression. There is parking and an internal walkway to the bigger, famous spa's.

Having stayed in the hotel Hungarospa Thermal for two weeks in January 2015, we can make a conclusion that it is a nice cozy place to stay in Hajduszoboszlo.
Althoug the hotel has 3 stars, I would rate it as 3+. It is situated in a beautiful place - next to a little park, a lake, open aquapark and Aqua Palace (a bunch of spa facilities - different indoor swimming pools [also with thermal mineralized water], water slides for children, saunas, massage etc.) Additionally, it takes guests only 5-7 minutes to get to the city center.
Food the is pretty decent, tasty, but sometimes the variety of dishes could have been greater. But still, as for 3* it was good.
We do not have any negative impressions about the room or room service. Since we had our holiday in Hungarospa Thermal in winter, there were almost no any sport facilities available , only indoor tennis and football. However, a wide range of treatments of locomotive system was offered and it was one of the most important aspect, which had a positive impact on our decision to stay in the above-mentioned hotel.
To sum up, Hungarospa Thermal is a good 3* - 3+* hotel and people traveling with their families (especially with children) as well as people after 50 will find the place pleasant and worth visiting.
P.S. Although not many Hungarian we met know English or German on an acceptable level, it is still possible to communicate with them. And one more advantage: free WiFi with normal speed.
