We had stayed overnight at the hotel and on Sunday Morning on November 5th 2017, we went ( my 2 childhood friends and I) to the Tap Room for breakfast.
We had a very pleasant experience. We breakfast was superb: the eggs were done right, coffee was good, and excellent service. The price was a little high, but it s a Hotel and everything is expensive now a days.
I def recommend the hotel and the tap room.

We were in the area in order to attend a wedding for a family member. This was the hotel that was arranged as part of the weekends festivities, they had shuttle service to where the reception was being held...that was the best thing I could say about the hotel. The beds are beyond old..the AC in the room wasn't working properly..But the kicker was the stale smell of smoke in the room when we checked in...when I complained about the smell at the front desk they promptly had someone spray the room with air freshener while we were at the ceremony..so upon return all of our clothing smelt like sickly sweet air freshener. The bathroom is old and was poorly restored about 15 years ago. the rugs are filthy, the furniture old..and the only clock radio in the room was badly broken. the only redeeming value was the bar downstairs...Oh..I almost forgot...it is obviously a pet friendly hotel...because I'm allergic to both cats and dogs and I could barely breath when I woke up the next morning...was gald to pack up and leave..two stars is actually a kind rating for this hotel.

have lived in the area for years and thought this was an upscale type hotel catering to business guests. I was very wrong. When I checked in the person at the desk was not very friendly. I got to my room and it was not what I reserved. I had reserved a King Size bed, but I got a connecting room with 2 full size beds. I called the front desk to ask for a King room at which point she said my reservation from Expedia did not reference a King size bed plus there were none (hotel not full and she answered too quickly). I had the print out of my reservation in my hand and it clearly said it King Size Bed. Then I said I did not like connecting rooms because I have had bad experiences with people on the other side being excessively noisy. She huffed at me and said she would call me back. SHE NEVER CALLED BACK! I would have complained when I checked out but it was the same person so I didn't try.
The rooms are dated. The dresser had some of the veneer peeling off in several areas. The sheets were pilled indicating they were old. The beds were also older. The carpet/flooring was somewhat uneven. The TVs are not HD.
The wifi is not secured and very slow. For a hotel that is located near several office buildings and I think caters to business travellers I am shocked the wifi is so slow and unsecured.
We at the Tap Room in the hotel. This was a good experience but you can always go to the restaurant without staying there.

I stayed at this hotel to attend my cousin's wedding. I found the room to be clean and comfortable, and the staff to be kind. But I am writing especially for Karen who was the maid on my floor. I realized during my cousin's ceremony that I had cut my leg shaving, and that the blood had left a large red spot on the lower part of my pale pink dress. After the reception I raced to my hotel room to try to fix it. Karen happened to be in there cleaning my room, and I explained the situation and raced to the sink to try to scrub it away but the bar of soap was not doing a darn thing. Sweet Karen came over with a tooth brush and a little shampoo and scrubbed at it for me - and the stain came right out!!! She then helped me dry it with a blow dryer and it looked like new!!! She didn't expect anything for her extra time and diligence, she was just kind, and knowledgeable, and supportive. If I come back to Warren I would definitely stay at this hotel again. She saved my day, and I really think it's kindness that makes a place feel comfortable. Forever grateful to her and hope that hotel management knows what an asset they have.

The hotel has a very slow internet access if you are lucky enough to connect.
Room was not clean and the shower ran both bottom and top at the same time.
The bathroom floor was sticky like it was not cleaned.
Pillows are very small even though they give you 3 in each bed they amount to a total of one normal size pillow.
Breakfast was pretty sad deal. The oatmeal was like soup more water in the plate than anything else. We were offered coffee or juice I guess they do not include both with breakfast. Over all not even 2 star hotel.
