Excellence everywhere else, except; Food Buffet and eating area, the worst I've ever seen.
Joel Jon 19/08/2017 01:55Enjoyed it all, except for the dirty, understaffed morning feed. A real turn off after a stellar experience in every way. I took a reply card to the manager noting this, as I was so horrified, and he just rolled his eyes. I imagine he tossed it as soon as I left. My two daughters, wife, and sister in law, took one look and went back to our nicely done rooms. Too bad.
Great place to stay
Chris Son 18/08/2017 17:18This is our 2nd stay here. We have been very happy both visits. Helpful, professional staff, nice hot breakfast, love having kitchen and living room area for visiting. I like being able to fix a meal, not a fan of eating out 24/7 so a kitchen is great!
Getting Ready for the Wedding
Karen Pon 15/08/2017 21:07Booked 2 suites with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living, dining, and kitchen for the bride and bridesmaids, and a single for the clergy. Check-in was easy and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The grounds were well maintained. Wonderful experience.
Perfect location, Perfect Stay
C8149QHruthron 14/08/2017 18:45Have stayed at this hotel before the remodel, was great then and even better now. The customer service is excellent! Would definitely recommend for couples and families. It is however away from the city, but need shopping and not far from downtown. Nice area for morning walks as well.
Sonesta ES Suites St. Louis - Very Nice
pollyd82on 14/08/2017 16:57My mother and I stayed several nights and were very satisfied. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The pool area was super nice and the staff were all very courteous. The only complaint I would give is that the furniture in the living area of the room was not very comfortable.
