Not clean, no free wifi
Mindaugas Von 12/08/2017 18:57This hotel has big issues... First of all, the guy who was a receptionist at night was far from helpful or friendly. Second: if you have more than one bag of luggage- brace yourselves as you will have to climb about a million steps.
Third: room was not clean and old. Beddings were filthy as well, but at least fresh (looks like they were washed but with stains anyway). 10 pounds for WiFi in 21st century is something strange, especially, when they charge you this amount for the night...
I would left this place, but company paid for it and I was too tired traveling 26 hours to find different place.

A night in Aberdeen
PhilinPlymouthon 22/07/2017 15:58I was due to have a meeting in Aberdeen and I booked this hotel for it's proximity to the railway station, from a budget point of view for the basic bed it was not bad, but the add-ons for Wifi and breakfast would have made it a bit over the top, but I breakfasted at Wetherspoons about a 5 minute walk away for less than half the price and I managed to log onto the nearby shopping centres WiFi, which was more or less across the road. A good location for looking at the historic areas of Aberdeen and also close to the docks.

SuzymoDoon 13/07/2017 09:44Beware this hotel has no lift and there are lots of steps. The staff are very open and friendly but the room was filthy, the carpet was not vacuumed and dead spiders on the carpet, stains, the cleaners in this hotel seriously need to learn how to clean. The floor was sloping so much the bed was about 8' lower at one end and they hadn't bothered to level it up! If I could have got another hotel at short notice I would have left! Also £10 for wifi this is dearer than a top hotel. The city has free wifi so we used that.
Great Stay
Martin Ron 07/06/2017 10:48Staff friendly and helpful. Good location short walk to Train, bus stations and shopping centre. This is an old building but loved it anyway. Room spacious, clean and tidy, tea, coffee, ensuite. Can get bit noisy outside at weekends depending on which room you may have.
