Great spot
Bunyip21on 13/12/2016 00:59I stayed here on a business trip, and my work location happened to be a 15-minute walk away. That was the primary reason for the location. But I was very pleased with the quality of the hotel. It was clean, modern, comfortable. The wifi was very fast. It has great proximity to shopping, cafes and restaurants, as well as the trains to get just about anywhere in Tokyo.
The Narita Express also makes a stop here, so it is easy to get to the airport and back.
Well equiped, althoug small, rooms right on the top of the JR Totsuka station the ideal base for Kamakura
Guy Bon 11/09/2016 18:48This modern hotel, situated right on the top of the JR Totsuka station, is the perfect place to hop to Kamaruka and Yokohama. Rooms are equipped with modern furnitures and bathroom and the design is made in such a way that every space is optimized. Do not bring two big suit cases in the room. The staff was very friendly. THere are some decent local restaurants in the immediate vicinity...but almost nobody speaks english.

I never really interacted with the staff much, but the times I did, they were very friendly. They have a cheap breakfast buffet, but I never ate there. The hotel is very close to Totsuka mall and there is a grocery store there that I bought and they discounted the prepared food at night. I just bought enough food for dinner and breakfast, stored the breakfast in the refrigerator, so I never ate at the breakfast buffet.
The hotel is right next to Totsuka station, which provides you with access to different cities via Japan's great train system, so the hotel has a great location.
It was a little bit expensive and that was probably because I booked my hotel at the last minute.
Easy to access to the centre of Yokohama
Hshiraon 30/06/2016 17:17The primary attractive point of the hotel is a location near to Japan Railway(JR) Totsuka station where you can reach in 15 minutes from JR Yokohama station.
It is around within 5 minutes' walk from Totsuka station although it take a little bit
more for the first time due to the difficulty of finding of the entrance.

Hikaru Hon 19/06/2016 01:57Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Totsuka is located right next to the train station making it extremely convenient to access by train though it's hidden in a corner making it slightly difficult actually locate on-site.
The rooms are your standard Japanese business fare but slightly larger with a decent sitting area besides the bed. Amenities can be taken at the hotel lobby with a very wide rage of items available like bath salts, tea, hair products, etc.
The hotel breakfast is okay but the spread is pretty small. I'd recommend exploring other options nearby.
Overall, a good stay and would definitely consider staying here again.
