First Visit. Wont Be Our Last!
smithmr4786on 18/06/2017 21:52My fiance, now husband, and I decided to come to Southern Grace Bed and Breakfast for our elopement ceremony. Having never been to a bed and breakfast before, I didn't know what to expect. Our experience was INCREDIBLE. Dave and Theresa are amazing. We stayed in the Southern Grace Suite, which is the nicest room I have ever stayed in.....anywhere! The jacuzzi tub and large shower were so relaxing. The homemade breakfasts each morning were wonderful. The blackberry waffles were my favorite, and my husband loved the blueberry waffles. Each evening there was a fresh, homemade dessert sitting on the counter. Our elopement was wonderful, and we really enjoyed our time at Southern Grace! It is an 8 hour drive for us from our home to Brandenburg, Kentucky, but it is a trip we plan to make again in the future!
Our Favorite B&B!
George Con 17/06/2017 16:29We have stayed at 30+ different B&B's over the years and this is by far our favorite. Dave & Theresa are accommodating hosts and have great personalities. Dave does all of the cooking and his sweet potato pecan waffles are to die for. It's the only B&B we've stayed at where you order your breakfast from an extensive menu. The accommodations are modern and the farm animals are an added bonus. My wife's favorite feature is the beautiful private in ground pool. One of the things we really like about B&B's is interacting with the other guests. A special treat this time was having breakfast with a Forbes billionaire. We had an interesting conversation. Of all the places in the world she could have stayed, she chose Southern Grace.....I can see why. This is our third stay there and we can't wait to return!

chrisreynolds7on 12/06/2017 14:36My wife & I just spent two wonderful nights here for our 5 year anniversary. It was absolutely perfect! We stayed thursday-saturday and were lucky enough to be the only ones there most of the day on friday. Talk about peace & serenity. It was wonderful to just get away, relax, and be out in the country. And we had the pool all to ourselves that day; the water was freezing do to the weather not having been hot enough yet but it was still fun. And other than the sounds of cows and goats it was totally quiet lol. We definitely plan on going back one day and would certainly recommend it to others! We stayed in their largest suite with the jacuzzi and it was perfectly marvelous! Felt like a king & queen! And the breakfast each morning was second to none! Everything either grown or bought local and made from scratch! Better than most restaurants by far! Theresa & David were very gracious hosts & had superb customer service! The only thing i would slightly complain about is the room not being very soundproof. If anyone was nearby either of the doors you could hear their conversation very clearly and we were woke up early friday morning by a group of businessmen having a business meeting right outside our entryway to our back door. So fyi although it says private entryway, that only means the door because the screened in entryway is available to all of the guests. But once the men realized they were right by a bedroom door they left. And our hosts apologized for the inconvenience several times and said that it had never happened before...so hopefully we just had bad luck and that doesn't happen to you. I would suggest they offer DO NOT DISTURB signs to put outside both doors so other people know there is a room there. Other than that...PERFECTION!!!!

Evan Don 09/06/2017 13:05I can not ever sleep in hotel rooms. This was my first bed and breakfast experience and I had a great nights sleep. Just like at home. Great room, great shower, great views and unbelievably quiet. This was a great stay!

Natalie Gon 04/06/2017 23:40My husband and I stayed here for a night and enjoyed every minute! We enjoyed the pool, paddle boat, Netflix and feeding the goats. Best part was breakfast! Ah-mazing food! Dave and Theresa were so nice! Gave lots of ideas for places to eat and visit! Highly recommend staying here!
