Room tariff on the higher side considering the town and facilities. Staff is very efficient & pleasant except the security staff at the gate, who were indifferent through out!
Safe didn't work and they couldn't replace in 2 days. Kettle leaked and they promptly replaced it.
Location is ideal for sight seeing! Strangely there is no name board at the entrance and the pathway to the reception was dark in the evenings.
Parking is spacious and the restaurant was good! Range of food, taste and service were all nice! But I could come across some broken plates!!!

Got good views of the swimming pool and the sea from our room. We were received warmly by the front office staff and check in was smooth. Lovely garden and decoration style. This furniture is not so fresh but we would highly recommend as a place with a good service.

Worst Hospitality Ever - Sleep in your car

You would be better off sleeping in your car and eating at a dhaba. I've never experienced a hotel this bad. Facilities like the pool and game room are unusable and remind you of the 18th century. Over the 3 days I stayed, they could not arrange for a single cube of ice. Nowhere in their 2 story heap of garbage did they have a freezer that could make ice. They won't give you any information or advice about local tourist spots. Staff is rigid and inhospitable. Management is non-existent. The reception says yes to every demand and on subsequent enquiry hours later declines service. The restaurant does not have functioning air conditioning and the bartender seems to be preparing for civil service exam since he's constantly writing something and never serving. By the second day I had buried my expectations and started making my own drinks and getting my own food from the filthy counters. This place lacks hospitality to say the least and will fail to fulfil every basic requirement.Choose sleeping in a car over this dump. I hope management figures out how to freeze water and I wish the bartender good luck in his exams.

Good Location & Nicely Maintained

We had booked 3 rooms for a night in this hotel. It was easy to find and has a great location. The property is very well maintained with beautiful pool and a good restaurant. The breakfast although had limited choice but served good food. The rooms are bigger enough for 2 but offers a limited view. They welcomed our family nicely with stone bead neck wears which was exciting. All in the family loved the stay!

We visited Kanyakumari last week of July and booked Sparsa Resort through Booking.com. I loved the location, you can hear the waves from the shore from your window. Its only 1 km away from ferry point for ROck Memorial and around half km away from kanyakumari beach. Cross the road and the you can see the vast sea in front of you. Talking about the resort, amazing and warm hospitality, beautiful carved out landscape, swimming pool area and rooms all of them were very well maintained.
The food was palatable and had different varieties. We stayed here for two nights and I fell in love with this place. I would surely and definitely recommend this place.
