This hotel is a perfect example how the quality of service should be. Check in was fast and efficient, despite we arrived very late at night. Parking spots in the stree (8euros/24h) or you can park in their garage.
Rooms were comfortable enough, nothing special, but they were very clean. Heating system very efficient and silent. The ski-lockers in the basement are definitely a plus and the spa/pool area too - families have a time frame to use it, so if you go around 8pm you will find it very peaceful, after a day in the slopes. Location is perfect, about 50m from the slopes and right near many shops and supermarket.
The only negative point was the wifi: our room was in the corner and the wifi signal was very poor.
Food was really delicious and with great variety, you have many healthy options and everything was very good. In some buffet restaurants, the quality is lower than the quantity, but in this restaurant you will not be disappointed.
The best of everything was all the hotel staff: everything was above and beyond nice and friendly and I should give a great compliment to the hotel manager, for training staff so well and so focused on the client. In terms of service, this was one of the best hotels I've stayed in, for the warmth and friendly staff.
Definitely my choice when I come back to Pas de la Casa.

Perfect for your ski vacation

It's location, only 50 m from the main lifts, along with the great hospitality ,the rich tasteful dinners and the lovely ambient makes this hotel the best spot for a ski vacation in Pas De La Casa. Would visit the place again.

The hotel itself was great. Our family stayed there for 5 skiing days. The rooms are nice, clean and equipped. The food (breakfast + dinner) was unexpectedly good. The hotel is minutes from the snow. The Jacuzzi downstairs is fun after a long skiing day (although the hotel is a bit hostile towards kids enjoying it). I would gladly go there again.

The only mishap was that the staff gave us all the wrong info about the kids classes, which ended up wasting us valuable time (and even putting the kids in discomfort when we took the wrong lift). I would just avoid buying any classes or lift tickets at the hotel since clearly it's not something they're good at. They are great at providing a nice place to stay.

Wonderful family vacation

Our family had a holiday with our child Adriana from 25 February to 4 March. We want to thank the whole hotel staff, especially Ivona, for a warm greeting. It felt like home, we had a fantastic holiday. The weather, location and restaurant food was always very good. We are very grateful for everything.

We had a great half term week. Hotel was excellent value for money. Location was perfect. The rooms were very generous with the added benefit of walk in dressing room - great space always a huge bonus when skiing. The spa area was beautiful and never too busy. Very clean hotel. Would highly recommend. The skiing in Andorra was amazing. Wide slopes and no crowds. Don't think I'll bother with France again. The 4hr transfer is a small price to pay for an excellent resort.
