It is good restaurant in Mcleod Ganj with good interior and quality food. Service provided by the staff is also good. We were there during demonetisation but owner was very cooperative and helped us by accepting digital wallet payment. Staff was also nice.

Good Property in need of serious rescue!

Pros:
1) Easily best located and presumably finest amongst 'concrete jungle square' of an otherwise pristine location called Bhagsunag.
2) Admire the courtesy level of staff especially Mr. Anu and the lady at frontdesk and staff manning the restaurant.
3) Opt for cottages with their balcony giving sprawling view of mountain n waterfall - for the noise of hustle bustle of street cant reach cottage. The view itself is worth it! and your lungs will thankyou for the clear n fresh air!
4) Though the food options in buffet were limited but were tasty....I will not say delicious though!

Cons:
1) Conditions of roons are dilapidated. Owner must do serious inspection. ACs weren't working although u may not require. But when when you close the balcony door, it becones suffocating n stuffy because of humidity outside. Lighting inside the room was towards 'dim'. An expert's services can be called for an overhaul.
2) The balcony is shared. Although we re 2 families but I shudder at the prospect of brats or unruly neighbours disturbing your peace of mind. Each Balcony 'must' have partition.
3) Menu at buffet was 'tooooooo' less for price. Oh c'mon....'eat n make merry' is what families come for n just upma in the name of south indian was very very disappointing. Do not expect live kitchen...But yeah they re ready to serve hot paranthas and paper thin omlettes.

Overall a very good property to stay, prepare for Triund and DEFINITELY not a resort.

Honestly, by reading all the reviews, I didn't have much expectations with it. But, in reality, Spring Valley Resort is perfect for a family trip. Rooms are well maintained, with balconies offering a beautiful view of the mountains. The view from the room is just lovely. The staff is helping and humble. The food seemed nice an tasty, but could have been better if there were more varieties.Although, it offers the WiFi facility, but the speed it quite slow. All in all, I'd give it a thumbs up from my side.

Worst hotel, nobody responds to enquiry over properly

Called up on 3 contact nos, finally on one recieves and always says he is out of hotel, and reception ph is always unanswered.had mail them about the same enquiry on which they said they have rooms available for the very next day but when called them for confirmation and payment,same man tells me he has to check and then switched off his phone promising to update on booking after fee minutes. We were soley dependent on this hotel.how can hotel be so irresponsible towards guest and enquiry.had ruined the trip of our guest. Plz leave upto name of service industry and be true to your guest.worst worst experience. U cant image have badly this hitel has ruined our trip had to change plan overnight and stay at dalhousie.

Gud hotel in Bhagsunag

Hotel is in Bhagsunag & has parking for 4-5 cars all the rooms start from 2nd floor hotel reception also on 1st floor but hotel situated on main road hotel having lift very gud restaurant spring valley hotel has view of all Bhagsunag from its top floor
