High School reunion hotel
KakiTexason 25/06/2017 23:05We were in town for my 50th high school reunion and read Trip Advisor reviews of the four reunion hotels, basing our choice on what was said. SpringHill Suites had the best comments and we were not disappointed. Very clean, spacious room with pillow top bed and good linens though the towels were a bit worn. Two sinks (one in bath and one in bedroom), kitchenette and sitting area, two televisions. The complimentary breakfast was well above average with sausage, eggs, salsa and fresh spinach. Water for the tea was very hot too and appreciated. We hope to return for another such weekend.

rtressleron 08/06/2017 20:56SpringHill suites are just a few minutes off of I-35 to the west side. Good comfortable facility, quiet, good breakfast before the days activities begin and very clean throughout. Beds comfortable and having all the necessary amenities. Very close to a variety of restaurants.....within 5-10 mins max away and set peacefully back from the main road that you take to the hotel. Very good location for family or business. Front desk very helpful.

Good for our needs and close to Waco
Leah Gon 09/05/2017 00:52My sister and I spent 4 nights here while touring the area. The hotel room was spacious as all Springhill's are. When we checked into the room overall it was clean, a small piece of trash was on the floor and there was some hair in the tub. Yolanda in housekeeping was so nice and friendly. She spoke and greeted me every time we saw each other. - I'd suggest training her for front desk. Front desk staff not overly friendly but got us checked in and out without any issues. However, when we told them we where in town to visit Magnolia, they just shrugged and said "oh"- it would be nice to have a map of must see places to see and eat at while on the area, almost like a staff favorites, as other hotels sometimes have in other cities. I was also surprised to see the front desk staff in street clothes and just a name tag. All other Marriott properties I go to they all have a uniform. We only got breakfast 1x - right at closing and everything was stocked and hot. Coffee was also available and hot any time we wanted it.
Wedding Party
pjzipperon 03/04/2017 00:00Desk staff was adequate not an A. The bride had baskets to be placed in each party's room and four of them were NEVER put in the rooms. This was not discovered for 3 days.
The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff excellent and friendly. Breakfasts were well maintained and the service staff extremely (above & beyond) attentive. Front desk needs to understand the customer is who helps pay for their job while they read a book. Nice but not as good as the service support staff.
