Great hotel in excellent location but a but tired
Quozzion 28/06/2017 07:59This is an excellent hotel in s great location close to Adelaide Oval and Hindley Street. Tram is right out the front and free to the entertainment centre so super convenient. The rooms are showing their age but are still comfortable and reasonably spacious. Hotel also has three restaurants and two bars so something to suit everyone from serious to casual.
A five days stay
Victor Lon 27/06/2017 22:16Stamford Plaza's location is very central. It is only a few minutes walk from the riverside, convention centre, theatre, and Rundle Mall. The room we had was a premier-double. It is a good size room with a desk. The bathroom is spacious but a bit dated. The service was good. The only complaint is about the TV. It has a flat screen TV but its response seems to be very slow. After I press the power button, it took a long time to show very sign of life. We were not sure whether it worked or not!

kelbaldy05on 26/06/2017 01:36Great service and location but very dated and tired looking hotel. I dont think it was worth the money and definitely did not feel 5 star. The bar was almost completely empty at 9.30pm on a Saturday night with no atmosphere at all.
