Excitement
Shannon Bon 12/07/2017 04:32This is the most excitement I've ever had at a hotel. First the hairdryer almost caught on fire. Next a car ran into the Wendy's next-door giving a whole new meaning to the drive-thru. Then ATF officers and Chattanooga police showed up in the parking lot.
There are other reasons for this hotel most of it because there are restaurants really close by. The workout center equipment is pretty good but the room is really hot.
I know the thing I noticed in the room was there at outlet cover was coming off.
Oh I have to mention the fact that we told the desk person about the hairdryer and they said maintenance would look at it the next day. But nobody came.
Late night pull-in
Nicole Son 04/07/2017 20:02Wow, Willie rocked customer service! My husband and I along with our four kids pulled in late to this hotel. I had found a room on Expedia(suite for $144) so I booked it. When I got there Willie had noticed there was a price increase with me using a third party. I was shocked he was so attentive! We called Expedia, cancelled my booking with them and rebooked with the hotel directly! He gave my kids a snack and did everything he could to make sure our stay was nice and pleasant. We've been on the road for 14 days and this is the first person that has used the amount of loyalty to their company! He stands for greatness!

snickerdoodle205on 29/06/2017 04:46Stayed at Staybridge for a few days in June. Husband had work in Chattanooga ~ the dog and I came up for a visit. Hotel was clean, quiet and had a friendly staff. No problems at all! Breakfast buffet had lots of choices and was fresh and hot. We really enjoyed the social hour too. Good food and drink. There seemed to be a lot of workers staying here as well as families on vacation. Pool was clean. Room was spacious with sink, fridge , dishwasher and full size coffee pot and 2 burner stove with all necessary utensils. Very pleased with our stay.
Nice mini-vaca stay
curiousmomoftwoon 29/06/2017 01:41This hotel was about a 10 drive away from downtown Chattanooga, and was on a busy highway. I was a little nervous about it with the location, but our stay turned out to be very nice. The city views around us weren't the best, but the hotel itself was nice, and I tend to be super picky to that says a lot! The staff was friendly, and breakfast was really good. One night, our family sat on the back patio to eat dinner. It was nice out there, but there were only 2 tables and both were already taken, so we had to sit on the benches. It would be nice for them to maybe add another table to 2. Over all, we were pleased with our "mini-vaca stay".

Cory Jon 21/06/2017 22:48For the quote discounted price (compared to other "nicer" hotels) I was very very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel lobby and rooms! There was even a kitchenette in our room. The complimentary breakfast was good, with a waffle stand. The pool was closed at the time of our visit, although we had not planned to swim. Overall I would definitely stay here again, very reasonable rates and clean hotel!
