Just returned from Stella Palace WOW in one word.
The whole place is amazing the staff are fantastic especially Nikos and the whole bar team we was in room 516 which was superb the staff on reception were so nice.
The young lady and guy at the snack bar waffle bar are BRILLIANT.
TIPS....
Ask for Tea n coffee make up in your room Everyone likes a brew in the morning.?
I really cannot see how any one can complain about this wonderful hotel and resort

I can honestly say that this was one of the best hotels that me and my family have stayed at. For someone like me who likes to be on the go at all times I was kept really busy and was never feeling bored, with the fantastic services held by the hotel's animation team. The animation team were really friendly ( big shout out to Vanessa and Laisla for making my time there extra special!) with the entertainment running through the day and into the night with daily shows, including comedy and dance (my favourite bit, the dancers were completely flawless). I think the best event that the team held for me though has got to be the colour party which took place down on the beach! Overall, the hotel experience we received was outstanding, all staff were extremely friendly, rooms really clean and fantastic food. Would definitely consider coming back !!

i really want to give 3 stars but one man change it all his name is Panagiotis Tigris
his service really change the way we look on the hotel for the best to thanks to him
the problem was the we want to be in a ground floor. so we got room number 441
"the room is not in the hotel !! ist other other calls "Stella Village Hotel
we pay for stella palace
we get 3 stars hotel room !!
we ask to move from there they told us everything full come tomorrow
after that they try to make us comfortable but its really destroyed the first day

the pool
great pools !! the big problem is there is no shade in the baby swimming pool and the sun is burnnn
also there is not enough beed near the pool you have to wake up early to save a spoot
the wifi is ok. not working in all the hotel . if you need good internet came with sim

the food is great the stuff is amazing . really nice vacation
but not 5 stars sory

A positive start - its a very nice hotel, the resort is clean and the food is excellent. Now to the reality of it. First off, the website and the misleading information on it....We turned up, expecting a room that looked like the one on the website, the family pool room. Upon arrival, the room looked NOTHING like this and whilst it did the job, and the position was good, we were told that the rooms on the website are for clients who booked directly with the hotel only, and there were only about 10 of them, so beware - the room you get will most likely not be like the one you view on the web. Secondly, they stop serving all inclusive drinks at 11 pm. Now, i'm not a big drinker, it is what it is, but why stop at 11? The animation show finishes at 10.30 pm, so by the time you get to a bar and find a seat, the drinks basically stop. The snack bar is pretty poor - basically chicken nuggets, pancakes and waffles - that's it...not a great selection, and the ice cream is totally dire. All the horror stories on here about the beds are true. If you aren't up by 7 am, forget getting a bed round by the pool, and if you dare to sleep past 8 am, forget getting two beds together. There is no poolside drinks service, they only collect glasses, so you have to go to the bar every time you want anything, something other 5 stars wouldn't do. I have to say, a lot of the staff were very dour and unwilling to really help or offer any service, some of them bordering on rude and snappy with answers to requests - but the animation team is very good, as are the shows they put on. The main issue, and one that other reviewers have also mentioned is the fact that the Stella Palace lets the Stella Village guests use the pools and beds, so what is the point of paying extra? All the beds down by the Stella Village - which is the area where they have the very, very few double bed four posters are gone in seconds and its almost like a different hotel down in that section - where incidentally they have the swim up bar that no one ever serves - you have to go out of the pool and to the other side to let them know you are there. All in all, it is a nice place - its not a 5* in my opinion, but its nice - as i said, the food is very good and that is a massive plus, but it just fails to live up to the website and the promises that makes.

This worked for our diverse family who ranged from 3 to 43

Fabulous kids club. Our 3 year old daughter has additional needs so holidays have more questions marks for us than most. A break from the children and our own relaxation is imperative. The kids club staff could not have been any warmer and welcoming, they embraced our Betty so I was free to actually read a book!! They were brilliant thank you.

Hotel was marvellous and if you get over the whole towel olympics 'ridiculousness' ( a 6am dash to poolside- we opted for the beach rather than this) then this is a pretty perfect holiday.
