VISIT TO GANGTOK SIKKIM
srguptaon 29/08/2017 04:39our group of 7 couples ,all senior citizen, stayed in hotel from 17 august to checkout on 22/8/2017. our stay was very comfortable and we were feeling that we are in our own home. hotel staff was very cooperative. I specially mention the name of mr chef who made the food as per our choice and also mention Mr Vishal,he was very helpful.I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL ,IT IS VERY NEAR TO M.G.MARG AND CENTRALLY LOCATED

mayoorishon 26/08/2017 18:04We visited this place in monsoons and in the middle of chaos happening in Darjeeling. The first day stay was good but there was a misunderstanding by the reception desk who nodded a yes to the complimentary breakfast having been added via agoda and only to realise the next morning for a poor nothing we got billed a bomb(5star tariff of breakfast). Moreover the food was very average which was made as a limited choice with no buffet. Despite the confusion being realised at their end they didn't make any amends.
But barring that the room per se was good and well upto the mark.
Recommended. Just make sure you get them to say a yes or a no explicitly cos the habit of saying yes assuming it must have been a courteous ask can only burn a hole In your pocket

Service man name Mr. Victor is very good and sincere at his work and helpful....No complain about it.. food fantastic....Over all very good....One can easily come and stay in it.
Peaceful Retreat to Refresh Yourself
Lily Don 28/07/2017 09:54Wow what a stay in d midst of all communal turmoils in Darjeeling n other places surrounding Gangtok v still visited Gangtok n were deeply touched by d way v got a warm welcome at Sterling Delisso Gangtok.
Mr.Biswal n d front office desk saw to our every comfort. Mr Nishant an outstanding Chef with a great art of his cooking talents treated us with utmost love kindness n care. He personally took interest in our likes n presented many outstanding dishes which v will remember forever. Thanks Nishant for everything. Oh how can V forget our dear little Victor Roy who went out of his way to serve our every needs. He selected some of d most outstanding dishes for us which v savoured n relished completely. Alongwith him d other members of d F&B in d restaurant too were very kind attentive n caring in their duties towards Us like Anumul, Debashis, etc. The girls at d Front Office Desk were real angels in disguise always ready to listen to U n help U at all times. I will never forget these sweet angels Moumita, Usha & Mingma. Even the Housekeeping boy Dhan Bahadur Basnet n Maintenance boy Surrendra were just impeccable in their duties n kept our rooms always spic n span with all amenities always available. This trip was in fact a memorial one for Us. In d midst of all turmoils n tension in d areas surrounding Gangtok Sterling Delisso was Heaven filled with Angels. A sincere Thanks to Sterling Delisso Gangtoks team for their Love Care & Services rendered to Us.
