Wish I didn't stay here.
Kemal Con 03/07/2017 00:05Everything was under construction and most of the staff was subpar. In the city for family/business and I wish I had been anywhere else in the city but here. Never coming back and might not stay in another Wyndham after my stay.
Customer Service needs improvement.
karoleb353on 17/06/2017 14:18No coffee available until 8:00am ? Not everyone sleeps late. At 5:00 am on Saturday, June 10, my husband walked to the lobby to get us fresh brewed coffee, and was told by a VERY RUDE woman at the desk "it's in your room " Really........one cup at a time brew machine ? Then, at 7:50 am the same woman snapped at us, " The Breakfast Buffet opens in ten minutes, you'll have to wait like everyone else " when simply asked, by me, whom she hadn't seen earlier, where the buffet was being served. I replied back " Sorry to nconvenience you, I assumed Customer Service is your job " and received a dirty look. We'll be staying elsewhere when in that area next time. Good, brewed coffee may not seem like a big deal at 5:00 am, but it is to us. Friendly Customer Service, however, is a big deal.
My First Stay Overnight At The Wyndham!
LornAveon 16/06/2017 19:09My guest and I had a good experience at the Wyndham. The beds were comfortable and clean. We did not have a chance to experience the Water Park or other activities, but I am sure from the looks of it they would be great too. I would recommend the Wyndham to anyone visiting Sterling Heights or even Detroit or Battle Creek. Cheers to Wyndham!
Safe haven from a bad experience
virginaa2017on 19/05/2017 04:48After leaving a bad experience with Microtel by Wyndham, we found Wyndham Garden Hotel. They gave us a wonderful room very late at night. We were so grateful and pleased with the service, room and the restaurant.
Wyndam is not so high end in this town.
N4382ZKdenisewon 16/05/2017 18:28the hotel was old & outdated. public bathrooms had old rusty stalls, the outside walkway had several broken stones , and the outside common areas had a lot of debris & cigarette butts all around. in the Rooms bedding was clean & acceptable but the rest of the place needs some work. Also WIFI network was open access , no passwords needed which seemed unsecure for business professionals. Food was decent and employees at the restaurant where friendly.Perhaps they are under new management and plan to renovate, but I personally was not too impressed.
