New rooms....good... spacious...but had to constantly call housekeeping to wipe the dusty floor....

Water not given on its own....reminders to room service...

Freshroom....not fully functional...hot water is solar based....takes time to come... sometimes does not come...

Ala carte Food....very good...
Kasauli is far from this resort...1 hour to 2 hour depending on traffic...we got stuck...
Free Breakfast.....average...repeated...
limited variety...
Kids play area.......here n there....has a swing too...
Weather was okay okay...humid though..
Rained good ....we had to buy umbrellas...

Sunset point is a serene walk admist beautiful weather..Pine and cedar trees...monkeys to company 😀

Peach flavoured, apple flavoured and cherry flavoured wine was something we gave our heart to......can't forget the taste...osummmm...

Must..must..must..eat at Haveli..it's few km before Kasauli....don't miss butter chicken!!

Hangout rooftop bar... children not allowed....very small place....rs 1200 entry per couple..adjustable with drinks n food inside....Kuch khaas nahi...bachelors and college group might Njoy...

Fresh fruit Jam....yes u can buy..my friend said...good taste...

Small hill station... nothing much to visit...

Try going to Rajgarh...2 hrs above kasauli...
Stay in any kasauli hotel if u want to roam around in kasauli....we we're tired traveling..

We visited this hotel last week -group of about 30 persons
On reaching the resort every thing was taken care of in a nice way
Every thing about this resort is actually nice..
Staff is very helpful..
Talking about food its really good

Excellent resort to stay wid friends n family.lush green lawns n lots of greenry surrounded by.also kind of picnic sport for school children.well furnished rooms at reasonable rates.just loved staying there.

Excellent place to relax...reasonably priced.

Spent two nights at this resort, which is very easy to reach..only 50-60 min from Chandigarh. Very easy to reach from Chandigarh, n driving a cool comfort for even those apprehensive of driving on mountain roads.

Kasauli is only 15 km away from the resort.

The rooms are spacious n well maintained. There are plenty of activities to keep u engaged ,including TT,Pool,carrom,chess,Gym n indoor swimming pool.

Food is quite delicious n reasonably priced ,but the service needs to b a little faster.

The lawns r well manicured n properly maintained. The parking area is quite large n can accommodate a lot of vehicles. The approach road from the NH,is reasonably wide ,but broken at many places.

On the flip side,the breakfast menu is very ltd. and must be enlarged to include all cuisines widely prevalent in India.The service is little slower n a lot of improvement is needed dere.N the area must be made wi fi area,as the GPRS speed is on lower side,even for Airtel.

But overall,money well spent n place enjoyed a lot. Good on budget without compromising on quality aspect.

Nice property but poorly maintained

I stayed here for a very short family trip, we were 5 couples and some kids. I booked 2 cottages and 3 individual rooms. The rooms were spacious but the only problem was the furniture was not maintained and there were signs of termites in many rooms.

The cottages were somehow better than the individual rooms. I found them much better and maintained than those individual rooms.

The swimming pool was small but you will not find this luxury anywhere in Kasauli. The swimming area was good, however the water in the pool was somewhat stinky, again the maintenance is the issue.

The food they provided was average in taste, however the buffet breakfast was a big time turn down in the morning as the options available were too less and the presentation was highly unprofessional.

And one more thing, do not go by google maps the location shown in Google map is wrong and the property if too far from Kasauli mall.
