Nice Experience..

We went there for a family trip. We stayed in the hotel for one day. The hotel is located near a lake which can be seen from its terrace as well as lake facing rooms. But the lake is not very clean. It is also very close to Fatehsagar lake, one of the attractions of Udaipur.

As we were two families we had booked two rooms. Incidentally the hotel is also my company's holiday home. So one was super deluxe room allotted from my Company and another room was deluxe that we had booked ourselves.While the super deluxe room allotted to us was nice neat and clean some of the amenities were lacking like no electric kettle or fridge..and we faced problem cause of it as we had a child with us.

The deluxe room was booked by us on payment basis. The room allotted (no.408) had all the facilities and location wise also it was good as it opened into the terrace. However, the room was little smelly and the ceiling was peeling off may be because of moisture/leakage. So I would advise travelers to check the room before taking the keys.We could not do so because the hotel was sold out and fully occupied. There are several good deluxe rooms as well.

The hotel staff was decent and helpful. Although we reached 2 hrs prior to our check-in time they were considerate enough to allot us rooms.Restaurant staff is also prompt.

Overall the hotel is a beautiful property with the interiors and exteriors that give you a glimpse of Rajasthani culture, colours and artwork. we clicked several nice pictures in the hotel.

The hotel has a restaurant as well which serves good food at reasonable price.There is a terrace bar which is also a nice place to sit and enjoy. All the major locations are also within a radius of 8 KM of the hotel however you will have to take a cab as none of them are at walk able distance. Autos are also easily available outside the hotel.

We had a very good stay at the hotel. The ambience of the hotel and location, both very good. We had a lake facing room. Very clean and well maintained hotel. Staff was very courteous. Food was very tasty and we all relished it after a tiring day of sightseeing. Overall had a wonderful stay and would recommend to family and friends in the future.

Visited this place 29th to 31st Dec'16...stay was really comfortable...rooms are quite big & well managed....Breakfast was also good...hotel location is good as its closeby Hathipol market & also close to Fatehsagar lake...Overall a lovely stay...enjoyed....

Not good not Bad

We 3 families stayed here for 2 nights in last week of July. The rooms were nice.. big and having good ventilation. the restaurant was also nice with pool view. the pool was small but adequate. the location is just opposite to small lake named Swaroop zeal. which is just behind grand Pichola lack. hotel is having good parking space. and location is good and near to main city. We heard that from 1st Aug management is going to change. so rates may get change. We got with breakfast Rate of Rs 2500/room with GST. Its typical Rajesthan Haveli type decor.

Yesterday i.e. on 28th July,2017 We were there at the restaurant of this hotel. The hotel is located on the peripheral road of Swaroop Sagar lake. The area is quite peaceful. Hotel has a Royal interior including very good art painted on walls/ceiling. It has a restaurant on first floor. However, couple of dinning tables are also placed in open yard on ground floor also. It has a swimming pool on first floor. Rooms are nice and spacious as well. Quality of food and service is also up to the mark. Cleanliness is excellent. We being vegetarian we ordered and enjoyed food accordingly.
