Bad Front office and old hotel

They made me wait for 90 mins with no tea n coffee as the front office person said he will charge me 11000rs if he checks me in before 7am... inspite of room being available. Shame! I always stay at Taj property .. and this is worse way they treated me. Won't return surely. Will visit better hotels next time
Luxury n pleasing location

The advantage was late check out and unlimited drinks between 6.30 to 8.30. That was d only time I was free . Host Rijo n Varun pleased us with diff snacks n unlimited drinks of our choice . They looked after us well n made our day relaxed.

No major facilities at hotel except swimming pool.service was good staff were professional and polite. the room size was small considering that the room was twin room, just name was twin it was single room with two single beds

Nicely furnished rooms with amenities. Butler Service and hotel facilities.
Great and lovely breakfast experience with the selection of nice western and local food. Egg Benedict was spot on.
Convenient location and easy to get anywhere nearby including Khan's Place or others.
