Excellent hotel and amazing staff!!!!
marie con 22/06/2017 12:37We stayed in this hotel and were really impressed with it. The location is wonderful so near great amenities and the staff are amazing. On arrival we were greeted by Agnes who was so warm and friendly, she told us the history of the hotel then showed us to our lovely room 11which was large, spotless and very quiet. The breakfast was delicious and both Agnes and her colleague could enter "Master chef"!!!! The hotel is excellent value for money and preferable to staying in a large faceless hotel. We will definitely return!
Avoid the basement
ChrisLondonNoqon 09/06/2017 13:06Room one was very unappealing. The furniture was tatty (see the chair) and the bed linen was stained. I knew ahead of time that my bathroom was down the hall - what the didn't mention is the bathroom door (the only thing between showering me and the shared hallway has a big window in it. There is a (dirty) blind but it doesn't fully cover the window so I had to use my towel as an extra curtain while I showered.

Staff are friendly and the building itself is beautiful.
Lots of lovely places to eat nearby and handy for getting taxi to places like sse hydro etc.
Ps ask for room 11......spa bath is to die for!

thebigchap56on 29/05/2017 23:09Our room, at the front of the hotel, a very comfortable bed, excellent shower and in the morning a first class breakfast. A special mention for the night porter who made my life a lovely cup of tea when we came back late, a very friendly chap who couldn't do enough to help us. An excellent small, intimate hotel.

Its in a west end so nice area and i would recommend a stay here
