171carolinekon 29/08/2017 06:47Beautiful hotel. Lovely staff. Very friendly. Restaurant was fabulous - excellent service, really varied menu, gorgeous food, very reasonably priced eg around £10 per person for an all you can eat buffet. The pool was beautiful - only drawback was quite a lot of bird poo.
Breakfast was yummy and varied with both european and indian food.
Also, around 20 minutes taxi ride out of town but the hotel is happy to organise taxis for you.

Lack of understanding and delay in room service over call and staff but overall it was a great experience.
Pool was dirty and disappointing as its an open area and hundreds of pigeons flock around for water and make the surroundings dirty.
Gym has only few equipments so don't expects a huge workout area.
Rooms have lush green view, are spacious and cozy.
Spa closed at 6pm however the mentioned time was 8pm and I could not avail a massage.
Room service menu is vast however most dessert items were unavailable. I am guessing even a few food items would be missing.
Ambience gets brownie points but service response time and communication could improve.
Reception staff is great in both shifts.
Good property but average rooms
er_viveksinghchandelon 26/08/2017 20:08The propert is very lavish and well built. You definatley fall in live with it and rightly so. The staff makes you fall for it even more. Vary helpful and courteous people.
The breakfast spread is agan as lavish as the infrastructure.
The only thing that i did not like personally was the air conditioning efficiency. Could not sleep comfortably throughout the night as it was not working upto the mark.
However the property and staff makes up for it.

Nandlal Bon 16/08/2017 18:58Sunil & supriya their service is excellent. They are very helpful.the hotel is also very good all staffs are also very helpfull. The hotel is very clean. We can play every sport at this hotel like tennis , golf and swimming etc.
