Fortunately we only stayed one night for a wedding. As soon as we arrived we had to pay. We never saw anyone after that. We were given the wrong code for the door. There was a kettle in the room but no milk, tbags or coffee. The room is needing a make over and a good clean. Breakfast was included but we didn't want to eat anything there. It is not worth £75 per night. Don't stay there !

Cheap, but not cheerful

Once you've paid you don't see a member of staff again. The room i was in (an the hotel in general) is in need of a cash injection by the owner. It is not particularly clean and not particularly inviting. The furniture looks as if its all been bought at auction or buy swap sell sites (this is fine, but clean it before putting it into rooms) I didnt really want to touch any off it, the bed was horrid and there was a questionable brown stain on the wall level with the pillow. it was actually dirty!. I don't mind paying for a cheap hotel and "getting what you pay for" but the owner of this place appears to do nothing other than take payment and then disappear. Possibly the heart is no longer in it and at the price you pay, they have a take it or leave it attitude. Breakfast wasn't great, continental, all cheap and rather horrid. again no sign of any staff whatsoever. Disappointing from the beginning to the end!

Dreadful....don't stay here.

Never again...........
Scruffy exterior should have set the alarm bells going - looked like the front door had been forced (no key provided just a door code). No record of our booking. Owner had disappeared on holiday the day before without any handover to the young lady who was left in charge. She was about to walk out as she had had enough since we were the second non booking that day and she hadn't slept due the door code not working and people waking her up in the middle of the night trying to get in. Luckily she sorted us out with a room at the Glasgow Pond Hotel......much better place and the same price.
How on earth does the owner run a business this way? Avoid!

Great hotel

I had to visit Glasgow for business, I parked on the street outside hotel, permit required from hotel. Member of staff greeted me, very helpful
Room fine, clean and had everything I needed. I did not have breakfast so cannot comment.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

great break
