Slowest service i have ever seen

Had a visit for a family function hosted by me.... Received welcome drinks after half an hr... Rest all was also a nightmare... Very bad service food was ok but icy cold... Never go at such place and expensive too...

Super Lobby Ambience is superb in such a city of Amravati The Restaurant outside looks good like if you are sitting in Jungle lots of trees the food is decent as well service is decent too will visit soon.

Good Hotel with Great Decor

Visited the hotel with family. Below are the pros:
1) Good sized rooms
2) Good food
3) Good decor
4) Good facilities for functions etc
5) Easy parking

Cons:
1) Lifts are irrationally switched off
2) Surrounding area is not good

My first visit to Amravati and I was told that this is the best available hotel. Being in interiors of Maharashtra, some modern amenities are missing and they need to really look into modernising the hotel. The room itself is spacious, but based on olden type of décor.

Housekeeping is doing excellent job. However, the maintenance team need to work harder on older type of décor. The bathroom facilities have been particularly bad. The mirrors were broken and not fixed properly. The decor in the bathroom is bad that needs to be improved a lot. The Bed Linen also needs to be of better quality.

The food in the hotel with the Room Service, in the bar and in the restaurant has been very good. They need to have more quantities for the actual price-tag. The breakfast had good variety. Especially the fruits were of good quality, crispy and juicy. The quality of Breakfast has been good.

The housekeeping staff has particularly been attentive and serviced the room two times a day. The Restaurant staff has been good although a bit slow on any order. The other staff has not been so attentive to complaints. There has been no Internet Service in my room on front side of the hotel even after request, they just chose to ignore it. After I made a complaint, they placed a Tea maker in my room. However, even after complaints they did not give me a newspaper in the morning except for the day I complained.

Mr. Wahid Khan, who seemed missing for few days attended to us in last few hours. He has been very helpful and polite to our team since beginning. My special thanks and word of appreciation for him.

The room has been noisy due to being on main road and continuous honking from morning till late night due to wrong parking and people driving on other side of the road. Particularly the traffic problems were caused by vans, trucks, tempos bringing in and taking out decoration, catering material from this hotel having wedding and other events. Lifts have been very busy all the time through the residential events. The Hotel staff itself seemed to be more focussed on to the wedding functions and events.
Probably the Events are their main source of income, but this is a cause of worry for regular guests in the hotel that may not get bookings and have to face noisy affairs during the stay.

In my final opinion, the hotel has been good considering stay in a smaller town like Amravati. But the cost of staying here is little more than what I would expect. Also the hotel should provide more insulation from outside and event generated noise. They should improve a bit on décor and could provide more attention to residential guests.

Decent place

We were there for a Wedding and at first sight the place looked out of place for a small City in interior Maharashtra. It is definitely a comfortable sight to find such facility in Amravati. The Hotel mostly caters to large Wedding Parties and is equipped for catering to such guests, apart from Business travellers. But in large gathering it is difficult to get good service for individual guests. Though what looks good is not always so, particularly the Privacy of guests is not good here. The walls that separate the rooms are not sound proof and one must only whisper to avoid being heard loud and clear in adjacent rooms. The noise of TVs from neighbouring rooms is really annoying, especially at nights.
