A great and memorable experience for all. Very Nice location. Views of Naukachitaal lake and mountains. Very good and professional hotel staff. Breakfast served also good.

I stayed in this hotel in Apr 16, This is big property with very good facilities. Staff was very cooperative, Breakfast was included in our booking. It is located at excellent location. You can visit on foot everywhere from this hotel. Stay was very comfortable. Good room sizes. There were few issues but were fixed upon complaint, So no complaints. Food is good, I would suggest to include more option in buffet during morning and Hot water facility 24 Hrs. Overall it was a wonderful stay in Hotel. Thanks Team

This is one of the worst staffed, worst maintained, terrible food serving and horrible everything property which I have stayed in for the longest possible time.

I booked for this place after having read the many rosy reviews which have been posted for this place. Someone who has stayed here in the past 2 years cannot vouch for what others are subscribing.

Bathroom: It’s beyond dirty. I wish there was photo proof with me to show how disgusting the shower curtain was. You will wish you stay without a bath then to take a bath in this space. Walls stink and they are damp and are cracking at several places.

Room: The condition is deplorable. They do not clean the place. They have probably never heard of the term "Deep clean". They had hair everywhere in the room. On the floor. on the mattress and wherever you could think of. It was pathetic

Terrace: The place had polls of water lying. Someone did a bon fire on the floor and the nobody bothered to clean the roof. The place has stains everywhere.

Garden: This is no garden, but a disgrace. If the place is wet, you will never bother walking here as they have not given a proper walking path in and out.

Location: Yes it is close to the lake but that’s about it. There are several other places which are close to the place. In fact there is a tidy looking Tourism department’s hotel which is right on the lake. I will advise you stay there

Food: Ordered chicken tikka and the who thing was completely full of spices. Could not even keep it try a few pieces. The prices are ridiculous. Paneer dish costs Rs 250!! And is pathetic. The breakfast is never a buffet even when it should be. Even on a weekend it never is.

I can go on and on and on but will never stop writing on the horrible experience i had here. It's not as if our room was jinked. We had two rooms and both the rooms had similar experience. This place should be avoided, run away from and never stayed in.

Its is 32kms from main Nanital City

I want to let you know that this hotel is 32kms away from the main nanital town. They have not mentioned the proper address on there website, so please get the full details of hotel first. It takes 90min to reach to this hotel from main city. Food was too spicy. One plus point is this, in hotel bathroom there is boilers so there is 24 hrs hot water which is great. Overall I can say hotel is good, but is is too far from main city

Okay option for visit to quiet Naukuchitayal

We visited in first week of November after we were transferred from their Nainital property due to booking issues. Decent property with good size clean rooms. Food service was slow both in the room and in the restaurant and food quality was average. Limited breakfast options but as per standards. Views from ground floor rooms is limited but from top floors might be better. Walking distance to activities in the lake close by and overall Naukuchitayal is a quiet and very less commercialised place.
