Very nice cheap hotel in Davao downtown near San Pedro street and Cathedral
Helpful friendly staff. I feel welcome. Laundry service
I stay in many hotels in Mindanao, cheap like this but also more expensive hotels but this is first time a get a fresh newspaper under door to my room in morning. A nice surprise
This small hotel maybe is the best you can find if you travel with low budget.

Stayed in a twin sharing room.
The air conditioning unit is working well.
The lamps are dusty.
The staff are really nice especially the bellboy, Bogs
Your request is accommodated.
Near Bankerohan Market so you can buy your food there.
Near Davao Doctors Hospital.

Nice, simple and affordable.., needs improvement though, like water not strong enough ., should have free breakfast for an overnyt stay atleast., but still a nice place for an overnight stay..near to any convenience store you can just walk around the corner to buy something like food or anything,

Whenever we fly to davao city, an overnight stay at manor hotel is always a good idea. Safe place, staffs are accomodating even helping us out with our bags. Clean bathroom and cool aircon. Nice hotel to spend the night with family...

you will get the best room for affordable rate :) no problem with the transportation, food is nice with easy to access locations.

hotel staff is so generous and can talk fluently in tagalog or english :)
