info son 06/01/2017 18:46Great location near by market and Dargha. Recommended to all. You can easily walk to any where in Ajmer. Great view and everything to enjoy. You can view all Ajmer from hotel top. A must place. Food is ok , service is slow but price is compitive.

Lakshay Son 10/10/2016 18:58The hotel experience was quite good.The staff was quite friendly and cooperative. Services provided were good. Rooms were large along with impressive interiors. The hotel was looking quite clean and feel of history along with world class facilities was there. The food was quite good and there was also free breakfast. Living in hotel was luxurious and comfortable.
Worst and Terrible Hotel stay of my life

1. Rude and un-human behavior of the Receptionist.
2. No lift in the hotel and room was provided on the 2nd Floor i.e. Room No. 307 despite of fact that I was having fractured leg so compelled to up and down every time.
3. Room phone was not working.
4. Delayed room service and every time my wife has to go to the Reception while making order and complaining.
5. No room table.
6. TV was not working as TV was of Videocon Make and remote was of Panasonic Make therefore no question of working.
7. Very bad food quality of breakfast, lunch and dinner.
8. Wash basin was choked and become water pond even after complaining.
9. Flush was not working.
10. Bath towels was not provided on the second day of stay.
11. Napkins were not provide. Can't one may have the imagination of bathroom without towels and napkins.
12. Rude behavior of the staff.
