Scenic place, average facilities and service
Dileepdxbon 25/08/2017 11:40The location on the river bank is awesome. Otherwise stay was not at all comfortable. No one explained me the facilities after checkin. WiFi is pathetic in the cottage. AC doesn't work, but makes lot of noise. The worst part was the buffet lunch. There was another function with lot of people. It was a matter of survival of the fittest. Everything from getting a seat, retaining the seat (!), getting each food item etc. was a struggle. Once a dish is refilled, everyone runs to take the small quantity available. And half the people don't get the item. After couple of attempts I had to satisfy myself with other available dishes.

-Staff are extremely friendly and courteous (eg., Arathi (Over-all), Reshma (Reception), Varun (Travel Desk), Abin (Housekeeping)... etc
-Amazing location where you get a feeling of being far away from city life.
-Located beside national highway.
Awesum and peaceful stay by the river banks !
RameshPokhariaon 22/08/2017 12:37Great rooms and very courteous service staff. Thanks to the manager and the entire team for a beautiful stay and also for the upgrade to cottage! My kid enjoyed the pool and swings. House Boat ride is offered by the hotel with a very nominal tariff for a hour.
Breakfast was really good. Need to have some more spread in the dinner menu.
Would definitely love to come back here soon!
Very nice staff, pool is dirty, massage left me with bruises for a week
EmilyHeatherMaheron 18/08/2017 16:17The rooms and reception are lovely, and the quality of the food is fantastic. The staff are really very accommodating, helpful and polite, they made the stay what it was.
As for facilities, the pool is green with algae, I didn't want to swim in it and was quite disappointed. I tried a massage, but it was excruciating and I have had the bruises on my arms for the past week - worst massage I ever had and the gentleman at the desk charged more than was originally agreed.
Resort by the river banks

It is a good location if you want serenity and tranquility since it is by the river banks. It has big rooms and very spacious terrace. The food are also great as they did a cooking demo for us.
