Not value for Money
YPK2013on 21/07/2017 17:50They have variety of rooms and no 2 rooms are similar. some of the rooms are very small. The occupancy is not high even during season bcoz of which they show different options but charge extra. It is more of a family run hotel and not a professionally managed one. Although the owner of the Hotel (when he is around) is humble and takes good care of the guests. But the staff is not professionally trained.
Food quality is not up to the mark. Particularly the south Indian food preparation is tasteless. Location wise this Hotel does not have any views worth mentioning and is about 20 odd km from Nainital. The only saving grace for our kids was the variety of battery operated cars and bikes. Overall our stay was ok but not worth to spend more money as one can get better options nearer to Nainital

agarwalridhion 08/07/2017 15:06I had been in the hotel with my family. We enjoyed a lot especially my 19 months old son. Hotel is situated at a peaceful location, staff was extremely cooperative, delicious food. Overall a nice hotel to stay with family

WORST EXPERIENCE ; NO ISSUE HANDLING

1. Hotel Manager mis informed us and gave me one smaller room where i have booked 3 luxury rooms
2. He gave me used room woth used towels and bathroom
3. Gym facility was not working and hotel staff didnt help in getting it fixed
VERY UNETHICAL SERVICE AND IN NO WAY IT IS A 4 STAR PROPERTY
Reliable brands like tripadvisor, goibibo, MakeMyTrip should carefully and sensibly rate hotels . Hotel is marketing on these companies rating certificate on their website and hitel premise

Staff is good and responsive. Rooms were just ok.. Overall cleanliness expected from a 4 star was missing.
Breakfast was below average..
